Ms Vergie was VERY helpful and customer service driven. She provided some great info around food options as well for us out of town folks. I definitely recommend anyone traveling to Baton Rouge to consider staying here and be sure you say hello to Ms. Vergie.

even though the shampoo and body wash in the shower wasn't great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff was second to none, I will certainly be staying here again.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Fantastic staff!!!! Upon arrival we were tired and hungry, the staff was so kind and polite and recommended the best restaurants in the area. Our entire experience at the hotel was very welcoming. We will be returning.

EXCELLENT STAFF & WONDERFUL HOTEL

The customer service I encountered was excellent Ms.Tonyetta was very professional and helpful my check-in was fast and sufficient as well as my check-out management was very friendly the breakfast was above expectation. this was a great choice of hotels in the area that I chose due to the fact of me coming in from out of town. they made me feel welcome I'll be back in 2 mouths and I will be staying here again. thanks

THE WORST STAFF AND OPERATION IMANGINABLE

DO NOT EVER VISIT HERE, Visit started downhill the moment we checked in with the desk receptionist - can’t miss her distinctive hair colour and jailer attitude! Asked for high room close to elevator in reservation as well as at check in and were told that’s what we were given - 1st LIE! Our room was on the 2nd level and as far from the elevator as you could get. We checked in around 2:45 to a near empty parking lot with scores of other visitors arriving after 5 that day - why did she say they were full when we questioned her about the room assignment just after we determined what were given . Discovered we didn’t have milk or creamer for our coffee that evening and went to ask to purchase some milk at reception - unfortunately the “same person” was still on duty - “no we don’t have any milk” - I asked not even at the breakfast bar next to you and she said “it was locked and she didn’t have access” 2nd LIE! We had a better experience from a Home 2 facility in Montgomery Ala. the day before where the staff were more accommodating and getting a small carton of milk from the breakfast bar in the evening was no problem at all! This experience with this person revealed the way this Baton Rouge Home 2 is allowed to operate by the Hilton chain. GO ELSEWHERE as there isn’t anything about this location’s facility that can compensate for the lousy staff that are allowed to work here. Having spent the last two weeks traveling and using a Doubletree Suites, Courtyard and another Home 2 location over that time, I will reconsider choosing any Hilton facility again after this experience.
