Excellent service from all the staff. They were particularly caring for the one of us who is disabled. Large comfortable room with great views, and very good kitchenette. It is quite expensive, but this reflects location and levels of service and comfort.

Wonderful hotel

Fantastic hotel in beautiful upper west side! We had a spacious suite with a full kitchen which is perfect for any family, very clean, great gym and wonderful staff. Surrounded by so many great restaurants and stirs but away from the mob of tourists. Subways stations near buy and a pleasure to take.

This is the perfect hotel for a NYC visit. Set on the Upper West Side across the street from many legendary stores in a primarily residential area. I lived 35 years in Manhattan and would choose this hotel for every visit. It is clean, with cheerful and competent staff. It is not glitzy but clean and comfortable. I feel as though I have a home in NYC when I visit

Dump dive bar masquerading as a upscale lounge

I wasn’t expecting much since this dump is in Beacon on Main St, but was not expecting it to be a drug den, open all ours of the night during Covid. I thought restaurants closed before 10pm these days? Extremely shady staff. You can drink without ordering food . hmmm wonder why l Not a restaurant by any means . Just a shady dive bar in Beacon The same says it all Beacon Motel oh Hotel . I can’t imagine what goes on upstairs. Rooms rented by the hour, I’m sure !

This is not a hotel. It’s a dive bar that does not observe social distancing or mask policies and plays very loud music over the weekend making it impossible to sleep, at all. They rent out the rooms above the joint. Be safe and stay away. There is no reception. Avoid at all costs.
