Great stay

New hotel, everything clean. Staff is top notch: Lawanda (sp?) accommodated my request for room change w/smile on, Kevin, Yolanda @ front desk. Housekeeper in hall saying hello. Chefs at dinner- coming to ask if we were satisfied, & breakfast- small menu but all good, fresh made even if you choose buffet. But the full 100% kudos go to Britney- bartender/server. So friendly and handling everything, she's an assest to your team. Nice workout room, lots of equipment. Didn't use pool, but looks nice. There are 2 outdoor sitting areas- 1 by pool, 1 by bar. Only slight con is the hotel does sit close to road, if light sleeper request room on back side.

This new Hilton is conveniently located down the street from Cracker Barrel. The room was very clean and modern. We were traveling with our dog and paid $50 pet fee for 1 night. We arrived at 9pm and left by 9 am next morning. It would be nice if Hilton had a reduced one night pet fee. If your staying for more the one night the $50 fee covers you for the duration of your stay. Breakfast using our $10 per person elite credit was subpar. Yolanda checked us in and she was very friendly and pleasant. The young man who checked us out was checked out so to speak. Would consider staying again in a pinch because the rooms were new.

Great new hotel convenient to White Marsh, Aberdeen and even downtown Baltimore (about 30 minutes). Spacious rooms, great storage, comfy bed. Staff were pleasant. The hotel fitness room wasn't an afterthought - well equipped and spacious. The "even" rooms are east-facing and street facing; the 4th floor had minimal noise, very quiet.

We stayed one night when in town for a lacrosse tournament. We’ve been to Bel Air for tournaments many times, so have stayed at a number of hotels in the area. This one is new and will now be my go-to when in town. Like any Hilton property, booking, check-in, selecting your room, and getting a digital key were all easy through the app. The hotel is fresh and new. It was comfortable and quiet, and the room had all the latest features (you can bluetooth your phone to the room to control everything). I liked the layout of the room as well. Nicely done. A good amount of thoughtfully arranged space, right down to shelves and drawers in the closet area. We were only there one night, but if we had been on a longer stay, this would have been useful. I only encountered staff when I went down to purchase a couple cookies. The baked treats have to be purchased at the front desk because they don’t have barcodes for the scanner system. She charged them to my room. $3 each, which was steep. I hoped they would have been tasty, but not so much. Too bad I didn’t have the food and beverage credit chosen as my Diamond benefit. I have points elected, so the not-so-great cookies were an overpriced disappointment. Otherwise, the stay was good. I will be back.
