Nice serviced apartment. Perfect for group stay. Easy access to bus stop and Tesco Superstore is just beside the property. Extremely friendly stuff. Special shout-out to William and Varnika. We requested for early check in and it was nicely arranged for us. Well equipped kitchen with almost all the amenities.

I stayed on a weekend in July and had great time with my family . Rahul and Varnika helped us every way from the time we made the booking and answered all my questions. I would like highly recommend as the apartment is clean and very spacious. Many thanks again for all the help and next time when I come I will book this as well. Easy access to city centre abd Tesco downstairs has been great help. Looking forward to come back again.

Stayed here in June but not out of choice. We were initially meant to be in Portugal at this time but due to a cancelled flight, we stayed in Belfast for a hen for 2 nights. This place made the party. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. After the lead girls of the hen trying to find last minute accommodation for us, the Cordia put us up. The place was clean and tidy and a Tesco right next door. The view was great to, if I could live here, I would as it's exceptional. Very spacious as well. I would like to thank the proprietors of the Cordia for helping us out. Thank you!

Stayed there for about 40 days. Had nothing to complain about. Friendly staff. Great Location. You can reach to city center with a bus or on foot. Bus stop just in front of the building. There is a Tesco next to it. Comfortable accomodation. Speacial thanks to Rahul and Varnika. Would recommend everyone.

I was in town for a business meeting, but an unfortunate delay caused me to have to stay in Belfast for a whole week. I stumbled on this apartment on Tripadvisor, and I must say, I was delighted by the service and the amenities provided, especially considering the price. A certain Ms Gayathri, was the one who was in charge of my room if i remember correctly. The overall service was great, and in the event that my business brings me to Belfast again, I will definitely be staying here next time.
