Stayed in Q2 2022. Booked 2 rooms for colleague and I. Both very shabby - e.g. masking tape to cover damage to door. Chipped furniture. I had a wet carpet (on entry, before shower use). Could see daylight through door to outside. Paper thin walls so could hear everything to the side and above. Would never go back and is often referred to on "business trips go wrong" conversations.

Good place for a short stay

We had trouble finding affordable accommodations, but found the Quality Inn offering what we were looking for (Eastside, good beds, pets allowed), but booked non-refundable without checking reviews first. After seeing the reviews we were quite worried, but the bad reviews turned out to be not doing justice to the place. Yes, it is not the Waldorf Astoria, but you won't be spending Waldorf Astoria money here. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a few restaurants at walking distance.

I travel to Seattle once a week and stay in Hotels. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this establishment. It's clean, great location and the staff is beyond friendly, especially Jamie the manager. It's nice to have her and her staff's friendly smile greet me every week Breakfast waffles are available to in the morning. Yum.

Poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. One bed collapsed...other one was very saggy. Would not stay here again, unless I was desperate. It looks like someone stopped caring about customer service and is only interested in the money...too bad since it's a great location.

What a dump

The place has had no maintenance. No hot water in the eve or the next morn. The wall heater was noisy each time it went on. The refrig didnt work, ruining 2 days of special diet food. The phone didn't work, making me nervous about having no security as the room doors were outside, not protected by a card key. The worst place I've ever stayed.
