Excellent Hotel
I highly recommend this location in Bend. The room was clean and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was available and I’m happy there was a quick option available. It was very easy to travel from the hotel to where I needed to go.
So disappointed.
I have stayed at this hotel many times when it was the holiday inn express and was very satisfied. Checked in and noticed that the hallways had not been cleaned in some time. The floors in the bathroom and sitting area had not seen a vacuum as well. Here was the big kicker. I took my personal pillow in because there were only 3 on the king bed. I was set up for a major surgery the next morning and was called in early and we left the hotel in a rush, leaving behind my pillow. The next morning I was put in the car to make the long trip home and realized my pillow had been left in the hotel. I call the hotel to tell them we will be by to grab it and guess what.....it’s nowhere to be found!! Although I needed that pillow desperately for my car trip home, I’m glad that it was something so simple that was “nowhere to be found” I’m disappointed that this will be a place I will never stay again as dishonesty with something as priceless as a pillow could have easily been something of value.
Great stay in Bend, Oregon
Great front desk service, quick, courteous and clean environment. We are rewards members and qualified for an upgrade and it was a nice suite. Close to a minute mart and the main hwy 97 that runs thru Bend. Easily accessible.
Relaxed and enjoyed
After a long drive it was so nice to find a comfortable and friendly hotel. We were within a mile from several eating establishments. Taking into consideration all the Covid restrictions the staff did an excellent job of taking care of our needs.
medical run
I have stayed here several times this and have had no unsolved issues. The entry from hwy 97 can get a little tricky at rush hour, freshly painted and is very clean. If you get the rooms around the elevator you will NOT hear it operate(room 319) last trip. All security features were working.
