Hotel bem localizado perto do aeroporto e com serviço de shuttle para o aeroporto a qualquer hora. Cama muito boa e o quarto espaçoso e com boa insonorizasão O pequeno almoço é bastante fraco ponto a melhorar

I chose this location due to its proximity to the airport. I checked in late when the front desk agent was about to change shifts. I was thanked for my Diamond Ambassador loyalty and was given a handicapped suite. I was not offered any water and there were no bottles of water in the room. The room was dated and needs an overhaul. I do not recommend the room I was given, Room 223. The room was right over the entrance and all night there was noise from people entering and leaving the hotel with large parties parking at the front to unload or load. The hallways were noisy, the mattress was super soft, the noise from the refrigerator right next to the bed, and the ventilation system (the kind that goes on and off with a big thud when it reaches desired temperature) along with no blackout curtains made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Needless to say, I was super disappointed as the point of staying in a hotel is to get proper rest.

Nice property. Clean room and front desk was quite helpful! We had an issue with the first room but manager switched us without issue. I originally was going ton stay at another property which I had stayed at before but this one turned out nicer.

Room was clean, bed comfortable-soft pillows. More than enough choices for breakfast. Had a pool. Staff always is so nice, can't do enough for you, and recommend things in area to do and eating. Especially Joseph, Eric, Jon Ross, Sonny, John-Manager, and anyone I forgot. It is our new hotel of choice to stay when visiting family and friends in the area.

We booked this hotel for a MusikFest weekend. Best location to catch the shuttle to the venue, it's only .5 miles to the shuttle pickup/drop off lot. I travel a lot. This is the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Two thumbs up to the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail. Dove products in the rooms is a nice touch. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Thanks to G and Tabby for the suggestions and directions. This would be a 5 star review except for the pool area. Outdoor Pool was sparkling clean, but it's a full sun pool with no umbrellas or trees for shade. I love a pool, and booked this hotel for the outdoor pool, but I can't fry in the sun, so that was my only disappointment.
