Estive hospedada neste hotel e pegamos um quarto triplo eu e mais duas pessoas, o quarto é bem pequeno e sem janela. Um casal de amigos pegou um quarto duplo e era bem maior com cozinha. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com e só pude pagar o hotel no balcão com o mesmo cartão da reserva, ou seja, se não tivesse levado este cartão não poderia pagar.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all there was no heat in our chalet when it was 30 degrees at night. Which we didn't discover till it was too late. When I brought it to the owners attention they blamed me. Also the couch is a futon that was super janky with parts falling out. The blinds we also broken and when pulled to open fell out onto me. All these matter were brought to managements attention and they didn't nothing to try and resolve and make it right. Also one would think that supplying antibacterial soap or any soap in the bathrooms for that matter especially during Covid would be required. Expect the very bare minimum from this place and the the manager from a customer service perspective. We were also told it was a lake view when we booked as well as there would be boat parking available and there was not. I wouldn't ever stay here again.
Big Bear Adventure
I did an overnight trip to Big Bear and received a very good price for Saturday night at the Fireside Lodge. The room was very clean and the paint and carpet were in excellent condition. The queen size bed was comfortable, There was a fridge, microwave and a large flat screen TV. There was a coffee maker with plenty of coffee supplies. There was also some microwave popcorn. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies and the towels were soft and plush. This room also had a gas fireplace, though it was too hot that weekend to use it. Location is great, right near the Village and the lake..There is a swimming pool that is currently being repaired. The only drawback is the grounds are mostly parking lot and there is not a good place to barbecue or for kids to play. The room could benefit from a ceiling fan in the summer. I liked the property well enough that I am renting the same room again this month for another weekend trip.
Great Quiet Place
Room was perfect for my needs. location was on point and just outside of the village. More importantly, just a few miles sown from Snow Summit. Service was great and clean. I would recommend this place to others.
Economical with friendly staff
Stayed two nights on a recent trip. This is an older facility but was perfect for me. Good location, economical, and friendly staff. Added perks are fireplaces in the rooms,a pool, and views of the lake.
