This is my 3rd visit to the property, I have developed a wonderful relationship with entire staff . Every time I visit they just make it exceptional for us, the service ,food, cleanliness and attitude. Nothing more to ask from a professionally team . I highly recommend Heritage Bikaner to all and wish the team very best for future.

Fraudulents running Resort!

Pathetic experience! These guys not operating resort they are operating fraudulent racket! They charge heafty amount and what they give you in breakfast only poha, puri sabzi and toast! After spending 5k per room! Charged 100 rupees for 20 rupees kinley bottle. Their General manager Ranvir singh and manager Jaiveer singh both are fraudsters! Don’t have any etiquette’s of customer handling! Worst experience I had with my family! We have stayed at so many hotels and resorts but these guys are worst! From top management to house keeing staffs. As other have already mentioned only good location and infrastructure! Rest each and everything is worst! please don’t stay here if you really want to spend quality time with your loved ones and you care your hard earnerd money!

The resort is well maintained and has a beautiful ambience. Food and hospitality is really good. Reception Staff is very cordial and we received a warm welcome here.We were travelling and had problem with our car, but the hotel staff helped us lot and were very accommodating.

Awesome hotel but whooping Food charges

Surprisingly this hotel was 3 star but warm hospitality and awesome staff made my stay worth every penny. Little outside of main city so plan accordingly. Rooms are clean are big though bathroom fittings are bit old and need changes. Also bit surprised by food menu prices as they are charging as per 5 star dinning. Also as hotel is way outside city so u will be force to eat here so felt little cheated. 400 for chowmin - 500 for paneer gravy. They need to look into this else everything is ok as per 3 🌟 rating hotel.

The rooms are good but the food was very expensive.for paneer pakoda we were charged Rs420 for 6 pakodas.Although the staff is good but they very running around very confused.Probably because the staff count was very low and there were plenty of guests.During breakfast hours people were kept waiting for long time for puris and tea and the restaurant manager was nowhere to be seen to ensure smooth functioning.
