Overnight stay get evening meal Waitress Sue (red hair) goes the extra mile

My husband has recently been diagnosed coeliac. Sue was so helpful in making sure his meal was suitable. The chef even made him a gluten free sauce for his steak. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. It was too hot for us and now ay to lower temperature. Only real downside was at breakfast they said the bacon had been cooked with sausage which was odd as gluten free so excellent for evening. Wish Sue had been there

Thank you again for the superb service care and attention we received from your staff on our latest stay . I would like to single out one member of staff Denisa a food and beverage assistant , who’s attention to detail was exceptional. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the arrival of a large group very unruly young boys along with their dads, from the minute they arrived they ran riot with no consideration at all to the other guests staying at the Hotel . No control at all from any of the adults, it was very apparent they were more concerned in having a few beers than controlling their offspring’s . The same unruly behaviour continued the following morning at breakfast .

Tyne phoebe jemma absolutely amazing best friendliest crew in all holiday inns we have stayed in they made us feel at home when we where far away even though it was late they all looked after us as if it was the start off there day

Visited on a crafting weekend - hotel extremely clean, food delicious and staff delivering service over and above. Special mention to Donna on reception, super Caris providing delicious snacks and being our photographer and the delightful Denisa for being so cheerful and so helpful. She was so interested in our scrapbooking! Would highly recommend hotel.

Very happy with my stay here for a crafting event this weekend. All the staff were helpful and attentive, couldn't do enough to help. My room was clean, and the coffee machines were regularly refilled. Loved Denisa (believe that was her name) she was so happy & jolly the entire time.
