Front desk great and very helpful. Our room had a noisey air handler at check in and we changed rooms with no problem. We noticed from other reviews that this can be a problem. The onsite resturant was more than adequate for travellers. Everyone on the staff was helpful and had a positive attitude. Ask about the breakfast included package, the buffet only breakfast costs $18 per person. and is not much better than a Hampton Inn breakfast, except for the excellent service.

We will be staying here more often as we visit Birmingham twice a year. From Faye at the checkin to the very nice ladies at the breakfast buffet we were well cared for and the room is very clean and nice. You have new customers if you continue to treat us this well Doubletree in Birmingham Perimeter Park. Thank you.

Not the experience I expected from a Doubletree

The property is showing a bit of wear. I was in room 411 and the HVAC sounded like a jet engine. Unusually loud and it rattled non stop. The floor of the shower was past it’s prime—discolored and gray. The buffet breakfast is an additional $18. With all the choices in the area I’ll probably stay elsewhere the next time I visit.

Amazing experience! Staff was helpful and friendly and delivered service with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The beds were so comfortable. Willl definitely choose again! The bathrooms are nicely appointed. Plenty of hot water and very clean!

Parking lot fills up fast from nearby restaurant in the evening. No Diamond parking. The hotel is located in a great place for shopping and restaurants. Mattress very soft. Overall very clean. The breakfast was excellent but the food credit does not cover the entire cost of breakfast.
