Black Hawk tem muitos Casinoa. O Isle Casino eu gostei muito com mesas de roleta black kack poker e crepe. E centenas de maquininhas. As apostas minimas sao razoaveis e a bebida free. Vale a pena conhecer nao só esse mas os outros Casinos tambem
Very nice room
We haven't stayed here for quite a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. Fully remodeled. We had a two queen suite and it was very clean. The room had the two beds, two chairs, small table, desk area. Large TV, coffee maker, safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean also. The bathroom had a huge shower with built in seat but no grab bars, long double faucet sink and separate toilet closet. Beds were firm but comfortable, I am bringing my own pillow so cannot comment on those. The first day we left the do not disturb sign on, on the second day housekeeping came in and just left towels and soap. We ate in the buffet turned restaurant and the food, or at least what I had was not good. The basic egg breakfast was good. My hamburger was overcooked with no flavor. My prime rib was a fiasco trying to get it cooked right. The final result was a seared piece which the flavor was okay but it looked unappealing and the texture was a bit off. We only ate there twice but thought maybe the Dash cafe fast food might have been better. They had blocked off part of the buffet/restaurant seating for extra seating for the Dash Cafe. Starbucks was the only place open for breakfast with it's usual food. I had a little bit of luck in the casino. Temperature was taken before entering casino but not at check in for the hotel. There were quite a few people in the casino on the weeknights but I wouldn't say it was crowded. Machines were spaced to keep a fairly good distance from other players. It was pleasant to stay and gamble here.
Not the best/ Not the worst
Stayed here two nights. The room was not the worst I’ve been in, but definitely not what I would have expected either. There was a bug crawling around our room and we were on the 8th floor. The lights in our bathroom went out several times and we had to call maintenance every time. I think next time I’m in town I’ll try another hotel.
21st birthday
Took my daughter here for her 21st birthday. It had been years since being in Blackhawk and thought the price per room was reasonable. Next time I won’t go or will stay at Ameristar which is almost double the price. Hotel was filthy, AC didn’t work, in the hallways could see up into the ceiling, and I think housekeeping needs to be retrained. I will say our bathroom was recently remodeled and it was very nice.
Very rude hotel clerk
There's no need to be so rude, don't know if he was having a bad day or what... This man really hates his job. Makes hotel look bad.. He thru the hotel key at us... He's a time bomb... Why a hotel would put him out front to deal with customers...
