3 of us had a great stay, from the moment we arrived Lisa made us very welcome and later on meeting Mark was also a pleasure. Great comfy beds and great breakfast was had by me and my 2 lads. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Brilliant Hosts

My girlfriend and I stayed over for 1 night as we were attending a family event locally. Lisa and Mark were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us, Mark even took us to pick my car up from the other side of town. The breakfast was wholesome. The BWFC memrobilia was the cherry on the icing. Just around the corner from Coral Island too, added bonus.

We fortunately managed to get a room quite last minute, and we’re really lucky we did! Lovely hotel, completely spotless, comfy bed in an en-suite room. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was decorated really nicely and the main thing was Lisa and Mark could not have been nicer. They really went above and beyond, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were really friendly and we will definitely be staying again.

Stayed her for 2 days for a friends birthday Lisa and Mark were brilliant hostessess friendly clean b and b cant wait to come back for another stay.Near sea front and arcades etc definately will recommend this b n b

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Franklin hotel loverly clean room and great breakfast the location was great as we were going to the Winter Gardens to see morrissey will definitely be going back soon thanks to make and lisa great hosts
