Missing stuff from room!
Told housekeeping manager about my sons missing item he blew it off like it nothing. He told me that i needed to make sure the door was shut when we left for the day. So no other guest would have taken it. The only person that was in the room was the housekeeper. Like it was my fault he agrued with me. Did nothing about it besides gave me attitude. I had to replace the items that were missing that was my 6yrs old son's. Front desk was super nice. Shuttle drivers were nice but 1 driver was rude. Would have given more stars but things went missing.
great staff!
The staff and the rooms are great here! I've stayed many times and they always make me feel like I'm just as important as any other guest. Love the lounge/tv/billiards area! Enjoy having the bar/restaurant right there, too!!
Inexpensive and quiet place to stay
Nice place to stay. Nice beds, quiet, good amenities, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and free coffee in the lobby. Clean bathrooms but could have used an extra bar of soap. Also not expensive - good value for the money.
Before and after vacation flights
The staff was very accommodating and parking my vehicle there during my trip was so convenient!! The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The quality of the linens were outstanding. I will definitely stay here again!
Not a ton to say here
A Holiday Inn is a Holiday Inn. The property is fine, the front desk folks were nice, the room was, again, fine. This is not a property I would go out of the way to stay at again. There are a bunch of other hotels very close by. But, if you have a rate you like here, it isn't bad.
