Hairs from previous guests in bathroom
Avaliou em 21 de Dezembro de 2019
This is the most expensive hotel i had this holiday and it was terrible.
You pay a lot of money (4 times more then normal) and you get a dirty hotel and rude employees.
In het bathroom there were hairs of the previous guests. It has mould and feels dirty.
I had to ask if someone could carry my luggage up. No elevators. You expect for 100 dollars a night this would be normal.
The rooms are smelly and damp. I didn’t dare to walk barefooted.
Being solo you have to pay for 2 people (breakfast included) but you can only have one. There is not a room for single use.
All in all much better places to stay when you need to be in bluefield.
Great view of Bluefields and the Bay

We took 3 rooms for various family members, over 3 nights. On the good side, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable enough. Also the restaurant had very good service and the food was reliably good - it's one of the most expensive in Bluefields, so it should be! You will leave with a full stomach, for sure, which is the NIcaragua goal.
On the down side, the curtains in the rooms did not close completely, and there was a bright street lamp immediately outside the window.
The hotel has one iron, so if you need it, you might have to wait until it's free. It's normally in the laundry.
Business is slow, so getting a room reservation is easy.
The view of the Bay is fabulous, including the pier where small ships are loaded for Rama and Corn Island.
Nice cultural trip

Nicaragua has not only a european and american culture but an realy amazing an rich african culture. When you visit the hotel and the city remember you are visiting a multicultural place. Ejoy it, observ it, share it.

It is a nice Hotel, with two swimming pools, one for kids. They have an electric power plant, which is quite important in this city. The restaurant is in a great level, delicious food, and great view. Room prices tend to be high, relatively expensive, so you need to keep that in mind. Food prices are ok. They offer suits in case anyone is interested. They have free WIFI, dock, parking lot, and it is a protected place

Just 2 years old this hotel was clean and provided a good room. The air conditioner worked great. Beds had a pillow topper and a mattress cover. (I usually travel with my own sheet in Nicaragua, But I didn't need it as the beds were clean and crisp.) The Bay View restaurant served a delicious meal. I rated it a 4 because although there was hot water in the shower it took 15 minutes to arrive and then ran out before my shower was done and that was being conservative.
