DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE! After staying at this hotel 4 years in a row while I attend the Quartzsite RV Show, this hotel has gone downhill which is sad because many of us used to stay there & we respected the hotel. Not any more. This hotel overcharges, double books, zero customer service, changes the rates, unprofessional, the owners cannot speak English as they are from India (Pakistan) & have their English speaking receptionist handle the complaints. I made a reservation there last year, the owner approved a new increased $200 rate. When I called to confirm the reservation they had no record of it so I emailed my confirmation. The owner denied the rate and said the new rate is $125.00 a night up from $82.70 a night. I said I would think about it. The owner told me to think about it & call later to talk to their English speaking receptionist which I did the owner increased the rate to $187.00 a night. THIS PLACE IS A SCUM BAG hotel. They rent to druggies, fantasy sex nights go on in the rooms, bad people - and good people have to listen to all this crap that goes on during the night & no one is at the front desk to take care of the complaints. Forget about getting any sort of discount. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. Last year I luckily brought my own sheets and had to clean & dust the room. The floors do not get washed. Alot of the people who stay are up half the night & the hotel is not very quiet.
THIS PLACE IS TRASHY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This place went downhill. The General manager (some Indian guy) is very rude and doesn't have a clue about standards and professionalism! The floors are dirty, the towels are stained and the staff isn't trained properly with online accounts/reservations.The pool isn't maintained, no handicap luxuries whatsoever, and the maintenance is a joke. The roof isn't up to par either. Do yourself a favor and stay at Hampton Inn on Intake Blvd.(New and clean)
A nice reasonable hotel.

A nice clean roomy hotel with lots is restaurants nearby in downtown Blythe. Very reasonably priced too. Very 1960s California ranch decor. Hope they don’t remodel. Very nice helpful owners that remembered me from my stay last year. Nice hotel at a nice price.
Don’t stay here

I have stayed at many motels and inns before. I understand these are normally very simple and have the mere basics to spend the night. This however has been by far the WORST place I have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely disgusting. The floor was filthy, the blankets smelled so bad and the towel smelled terrible. I say towel because they left 1 towel in our room. Knowing very well there would 3 occupants. My husband, myself and our son. When I asked for additional towels I was treated very poorly and rude by the OWNER. Later that day we decided to go into the pool and came to find the entire bottom of it was lined with a thick layer of dirt and grime. I mean of course it was. I wouldn’t have expected anything less. It is clear the owners only interest is making his money by scamming guests to stay here with false advertisement online and photos of what this place supposedly looks like. This is a very sad excuse of an inn and hope this review helps you decide to not stay here. Very upset with our experience with the Red Roof Inn. We will never again stay at one of these locations. Truly disappointing.
Stay somewhere else

I gave them 2 stars because pets stay for free. I did bring disinfectant since we are traveling during Covid. I certainly felt the need to use it, before bringing any of our belongings in. We reserved a king room for 2 adults. There was one towel and nothing else. Went to the office to get enough for 2 people and the clerk seemed surprised we needed more than 1. On top of this, she was wearing a mask, but not even close to covering her nose. Later that evening, my husband noted there was very little toilet paper left. She, reluctantly, have him another roll. That night, when the lights were off, we noticed the curtain lining was shredded, letting a lot of light in The topper was when I had to use earplugs to dampen the sound of snoring from the next room. I suggest picking another of the several motels in town.
