Quarto para família de 4 pessoas muito apertado, se for apenas para pernoite tudo bem, mas não dá para ficar mais dias. Café da manhã 8 dólares por pessoas e crianças não pagam. Vale a pena.
Não tivemos limpeza e arrumação do nosso quarto. A localização é boa

Ficamos duas noites hospedados nesse hotel, que escolhemos por ser uma rede renomada e quartos bem padronizados. Infelizmente o hotel destoa dos demais da rede pois estão sujos, banheira entupida, atendimento deixa a desejar. Não voltarei

Where do I start?
Upon check in, the front desk clerk was sitting in the lobby chairs and only came to help us when we got to the counter. He was not friendly and possibly on drugs.
We reserved a King Room (We paid Extra for this on Priceline) - They gave it away and we were stuck with two Full Size beds UNACCEPTABLE
The MOTEL looks like a prison from the outside and the Lobby is full of Ikea furniture.
Although this hotel is not Pet Friendly, our room still smelled a bit like cat piss.
The layout of the room was confusing and not modern at all. The lighting was dark and dingy. There was paint smudges on the walls, the shower had mold and mildew. There was an exposed electrical socket - and for some reason, one of the bed frames was sticking out from the bed about 8 inches and my wife and I both stubbed out toes trying to get around it.
This hotel was supposedly "REMODELED in 2017" but if this is an improvement, I shutter to think what it looked like prior.
IHG should be ashamed to have this hotel in its lineup and to then give it a 3 star rating is EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Even if we didn't have the above issues, this hotel is no better than a 2 star. This owner and GM needs to be reprimanded for their lack of integrity. We spend over $100 on this room and it wasn't even worth $50.
An average hotel that provides a decent stay.

We stayed here for three nights midweek, and found the hotel to be average but OK.
The pros: Room was big with a separate sitting room and pullout sofa. Good air conditioning, relatively comfortable bed, and OK in terms of cleanliness. Free coffee - and only coffee - is offered in the morning and throughout the day. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The cons: A tiny bathroom, and a tiny sink area outside of the bathroom. Bagged breakfasts are only available for a fee. Pool was dirtier than it should have been, like no one is staying on top of filtering debris and monitoring water quality. The jacuzzi seemed like it was only half working, and it wasn’t providing a particularly invigorating experience. No daily housekeeping - I guess due to Covid - so towels and supplies have to be requested as needed.
Overall: This is a two to theee star place based on normal hotel ratings. Nothing to write home about, but definitely suitable for a simple vacation stay without the frills.
Lack of furniture

My corporate office is a couple blocks away. I am currently platinum elite. Typically I am welcomed as An IHG "preferred customer". The desk clerk did not acknowledge this at all, and when I asked for an upgrade she ignored me. So, I go to my room without my free water. As I enter, I am overwhelmed by 2 things. The pungent odor and the lack of furniture.
