o hotel e super proximo a praia, que e uma delicia de ficar por lá... o hotel tem uma piscina bem lega, o café da manha e otimo, proximo ao hotel tem de tudo, apenas nao gostei do meu quarto não era pequeno era minusculo, e super caro,,,,

We were There offseason,late october. The staff was tired. The cleaning was under was under all criticism. The rooms were dirty, The tables were dirty, The floor was dirty and there were cigarettbuds all around The pool. There were 5 lunch options and The same menu for dinner at night. The pool was not heated so it was around 16 degres celsius. My fiance asked for an extra blanket at two times we didnt get one so we hade to buy her clothes to sleep in. The breakfast was not kept chilled so it was not so fresh to eat breakfast late since it hade stood there for about 2 hours. Nice location and at least it was Sunny and warm.

Since my last visit a couple of years ago the Serhan has had a lot of work done to it. Improvements include front patio and pool area which have both been tidied up with the area around the pool now having more space. Similarly reception area has moved and looks much more professional The dining area has moved and free up space in the bar area. The rooms have also seen improvements and the wi-fi is also much stronger. This year Serhan has an all inclusive option and must say that I am impressed with the variety and presentation of food. Finally good variety of drinks. One tip. Be nice with the staff, they work hard to help us enjoy our holidays

A group of 8 of us had the pleasure of staying at the Serhan Hotel and the staff & management could not do enough for us. Rooms were clean & tidy. I thought the bed was comfortable, my hubby wasn't so keen, but everyone is different. Can't remember all the staff names, but a big shout for Ismail (smiley) he must have walked miles every day just making sure quests were served. It can be noisy due to a few bars around, but it is OK once you close the windows. The only improvement I could ask for is to have a fridge in the rooms.

Serhan - AVOID- THIEVES AT LARGE

Arrived on 24 September for a 2 week holiday. Thought room was quite grotty, but once they repaired toilet seat and put in a few lightbulbs, we were ok. Breakfast was rubbish, not worth getting out of bed for! After a couple of days we had a count up of the money in our room safe, approximately £500 was missing. We reported it to the manager, he said no one had a key other than us, we said obviously someone had and had been helping themselves! He said the cleaner had worked for him for 20 years and wouldn’t risk her job! There was a security camera outside our room, manager told us it didn’t work! Asked for police, they came into our room and looked at safe. Said they’d come back and take fingerprints if we went to bodrum police station and report it officially. We decided not to do this as it wouldn’t help, the cleaner was always wearing gloves because of covid-19! How appropriate! Our holiday insurance wouldn’t be able to refund us as we had no proof of what was in the safe and couldn’t provide evidence of withdrawal and exchange! Our Jet2holidays rep, Marie was great, she took a full report and got us moved to the Serpina, which is like paradise compared to Serhan. DO NOT GO, IT IS A DUMP AND HAS A THIEF AMONGST ITS STAFF!
