Andrea working the breakfast had that place running like a well oiled machine. Top notch service and sparkling clean. Couldn't ask for much more! The texas shaped waffles were a major hit with my kids.

The Hampton Inn and Suites is a great place to stay with friends or family. The rooms were clean and quiet, the pool and hot tub were a wonderful surprise - clean and soothing. The free breakfast was always hot and available, and we got special assistance from Andrea on two separate occasions due to some dietary restrictions.

Andrea was a delight at breakfast. Jane at front desk was personable and friendly. Ty all and too Christopher for helping us get comfortable with the fireplace and whirlpool. This place is a class act.

We've stayed at this property twice within the last year. Both times have been great! It's exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites and for a hotel at this price point. Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Highlights of the stay: Andrea King working in the breakfast area each morning does an excellent job of keeping everything well-stocked, clean, and fresh. She's also very personable and friendly, which unfortunately, seems to be a rarity nowadays. They have hot items (special shoutout to the Texas waffles!) and cold items like cereals and yogurt. Coffee, hot teas, and hot chocolate are also available pretty much around the clock in the lobby, which was enjoyable. The lady at the reception desk (I think it was Jan or Jane) was super friendly and efficient. Because of our honors status, she offered us a complimentary cold beverage (even beer and wine-yeehaw!) and some snacks. A nice touch. We didn't use the pool, but it is nicer than most standard hotel pools. It actually has ambiance. Lights, fireplace, hot tub, and comfortable seating. Cozy! We were even told the pool is heated for cooler spring days like during our stay. Slight disappointments: You STILL need to request daily room cleanings/trash take-out (and it must be done 24 hours in advance). This seems like a way for hotels to still charge the same and cut corners by still blaming COVID... 3 years later. However, I was told it was due to staff shortage. The hotel is located on a service road that is now permanently one-way after recent construction. It's really awkward if you want to go the short distance into downtown Boerne or to the very nearby restaurants (e.g. Chilis or Whataburger). You take a right on the service road out of the parking lot and have to take another right down an obscure street (ask! I can't remember). You then literally drive through a retirement/assisted living community parking lot (speed bumps and all) to get to the main street to take you places. I'm sure the retirement community is annoyed by it too. Anyway, a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here and the food and service was fantastic! Overall, the facility was very clean and the staff was great. Andrea King was exceptional with helping us and we were appreciative of her serving us. We will be back!! (we were registered under the name LAMBERT)
