Staying for 1 night at this hotel for a business purpose and impressed with the hospitality of the staff and also the facilities was complete. Breakfast Very Recommended for those who travel to bogor.

I came at night, the reception really help me with quick check in process, he even helped me to change from twin to king bed. The hotel is very clean, not far from city center, walking distance to a local restaurant, i got good price as well.

The first sharia hotel I take. Clean room also the restroom. Nice place to spend our trip. We have to show our marriage ID if we want to order the room with our couple. Food and beverage here has to be certified as halal products.

I stayed for 3 nights, actually everything is just standard, the strict rules that check in must at 2 PM, eventhough receptionist promise to inform you if the room is ready but nothing notification until you come by yourself to the receptionist desk at 2 PM to ask your room availability. Laundry won’t be delivered at the same day, or maybe not delivered too on the next day, if you don’t call them regarding your laundries. The food and everything are standard. Maybe I’m generous enough to give this hotel rate 4. Until I was shocked when they moved breakfast location to the corridor of 2nd floor. With very dirty table, lack of table, and lack of food. Even lack of waiters, a waitress didn’t finish cleaning table when I need to use it, the last table they had for me. I asked for cereals and they said they don’t serve cereal that day, the days before they had cereals. The cause of this very poor restaurant service is they were having a wedding party at the real restaurant location, so they moved breakfast activity at corridor 2nd floor. I feel sorry to guests who expect their holiday will be a perfect staycation at Safira Hotel, but it won’t happen because the Safira hotel want to provide wedding parties but they don’t have a hall so they have to use restaurant area and give the room hotel guests a hotel corridor with lack of food, lack of tables and lack of waiters. So poor services..

The staff practices good hospitality. We missed the welcoming drink as it is served just after we finished the check in process. The room was a bit dirty, they never move the bed. If you move it it leaves plenty of trash underneath. The swimming pool is located at the 3rd floor, where they held kids activity on Sundays. Which is convinient. The breakfast was OK too.
