Pros: 1. Location near the beach and 7/11 2. The hotel staff are easygoing But unfortunately, I wanted to relax on my holiday... Cons: 1. Very small room 2. Small bedside fan 3. Noisy (from Street and early morning constructions) 4. No toiletries like handwash etc Overall would've went elsewhere if I didn't have to book prior to arrival on the island

We've experience that they call expectations vs reality. Their presentation

we've experience that what they call expectations vs reality. their presentations from the booking site were quite impressive however, during our stay were not. No room wifi, cable has no signal, no glasses inside the room, toiletries were limited, and a very expensive penalties to the extent of not using their amenities. tsk tsk tsk. staff were not accommodating at all. smiles on their faces were limited. One good thing was the location was just few steps from the beach front.

We enjoyed our stay here.. Budget friendly hotel. Great staffs! Great for groups.. There is a nearby 711 and silogan which is great for budget ! Beds are okay... Hot shower but water pressure is not so good but still ok! Linens are clean, towels are kinda old but still okay! You may request hair blower, flat iron etc free of charge! Wifi not strong only working in their lobby area.. All in all no hassle, great stay! Will come back! Thanks!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

FAR from anything it claimed it was in hotel directories. Nothing like the photos. Generator sets were underload and they turn off the power supply for the rooms in untimely hours (not an excuse for a place that categorizes itself as a hotel even if a storm hit them 2 weeks before---other cheaper hotels faired better in the area in terms of power management). Sometimes the power was out at 4AM, 12AM, and then out for most of the day/night. You have to personally go to the concierge for them to give you the basics---towels, soap and toilet paper. Most of the towels and some of the blankets are stained. We were even given a stained bath towel with a hole the size of a grown man's fist. Wires of appliances were simply taped on the wall. No daily room clean up which any basic, certified hotel provides. Cockroaches can be found crawling under beds from time to time. Imagine having to walk around under the hot sun and you want to relax after a long day of frolicking at the beach, and you go back to a room like that at night. Imagine taking a shower and then the towel you are about to wipe your body with smells old and has questionable stains. And then the lights go out. Afterwards, you try to go to sleep and the power goes back on. Then it turns off again at 3AM or so. And you wake up from the heat and can't even charge your phone while you rest. Price-wise, I couldn't say it was cheap. It was expensive for such poor service and disgusting rooms. We could hear foreign guests complain at the concierge over a lot of things from up the second floor. And I can't blame them. You might as well check in at short-stay dorms.

Cheap, budget-friendly, just okay

The location of the “hotel” is a few meters away away from the shore, which is good if you plan to swim everyday. The room that we got had three beds, enough for the five people in our party. The bathroom is small and quite cramped, and about 9-10pm, the water ran out and upon asking the front desk, we were informed that we have to wait for their three tanks to fill up before we can even use the bathroom or even brush our teeth. The lady at the front desk didn’t answer or acted professionally regarding this matter, and management should brief her on this matter, because as guests, of course we have no idea how to resolve the water problem. And upon arrival, the receiving area was quite dirty, lots of flies and it was quite smelly too. And whenever other guests walks past our room, their conversation can be heard clearly inside our room, so if you’re already sleeping, those laughs and loud voices will definitely wake you up, no matter what time it is. But if you’re on a budget and doesn’t mind cramped spaces, think this will be enough for you.
