Excelente hotel no aeroporto de Buffalo

Ficamos uma noite neste hotel que é situado próximo ao aeroporto de Buffalo. Chegamos quase meia noite e o serviço de shuttle estava funcionando como prometido. Excelente wi-fi incluído e café da manhã farto com opções quentes. Quartos grandes e limpos. Não senti falta de TV.

Nice hotel for stay and fly . Employees try hard to make things go well. Hotel is kept clean and nice. I have only ate at restaurant a long time ago but may try that again in the future. Very nice stay overall.

Spent the night based on positive previous stays. Had a great experience overall. Ambiance and amenities great, excellent value. Service very good. Our rooms carpet had some stains. Nice fish tank, but the glass was cloudy on this stay. We’ll be back.

The hotel itself was pretty. The hot tub was nice but it leaked on the carpet each time we used it. The beds were comfy. The TV was rather small for such a large room. There was trash, dirt, and rose petals, etc on the floor next to the bed.

The hotel made a clerical mistake regarding the room bill. The room was paid for 3 nights, and they had made a mistake with one of the other guest members that was staying two nights. Instead of calling they sent a serviceman to the room while Iwas coming out of the shower, and he stood there while I was exposed screaming calling the operator. The female operator was just as callous and stated my stay was over. I immediately went to the desk after I got dressed and with the receipt to prove I had one more night to stay. They had already locked me out of the room. which I was not aware until they realized they were in error. They reimbursed me for the night, but no amount of money could pay for the humiliation and embarrassment received at this hotel.
