Deadbolt didn't work at all When I took a shower the tub wouldn't drain Sink faucet I could not control properly making the water very hot or really cold For the money you would expect the easy fix items like this to at least work
Weekly Stays Since September!
Great Customer service, friendly and have always been very helpful. If anything crops up always quick resolve. Rooms are always clean and fresh along with beds being comfortable. Breakfast fine. Location is great you can walk over to the new Chucks Roadhouse for Dinner or many other places. Food Basics quite handy next door. Pet friendly as well. We have been staying here on and off since September 2019! We know most of the staff well now.
Terrible customer service and trip change policies if you are part of a group booking (booking directly through the hotel not a third party site). We wanted to see if we could get a room big enough for our family and they wouldn’t even tell me which other types of rooms existed at the hotel and that was just the start. When we asked if we would be able to offset our trip by one night they refused. No show policy is full trip length even though the website and my confit says no show is one night etc.... an all around frustrating experience.
Excellent Customer Service
Stay at this weekend, it was a great experience the customer service was great, very friendly staff, the room was clean, the pool was heated great and the coffee, tea, popcorn in the lobby very much enjoyed. Breakfast was good, thanks Comfort Inn for a comfortable stay.

Good hotel Although there was a lot of young kids because of a tournament it's was ok.Also the gal at the desk was amazing I had left part of my phone charger and she found one for me and gave it to me.That' real customer service.Thank you so much. We will be back 😊.
