The room was clean but the king bed dipped in the middle. All night I felt like I was rolling towards the middle of the bed. When we checked out I told the woman at the desk and she said they knew about it. The beds were going to be replaced soon. Good for the next people but not for me. There are other good options at this location. Wait for the new beds!

It was a business trip and I feel that the hotel is comfortable for me and the hotel is clean and nice plus rooms are very clean and the stuff is smiling and nice the room is so big and nice the breakfast is poor but it is ok

Cold showers, and no remedies

I was at this hotel for a two night stay, after arriving, and a long day of work I went to take a shower, and my water was lukewarm at best. I said something to the front desk, and they said that the water was being worked on the next morning I woke up early Got in the shower at about 5 AM and the water was ice cold. Spoke to the front desk again. They said they would have somebody take care of it continue to not get fixed no offering of a different room two more showers later I finally checked out. The Internet was mediocre at best and they have the kitchen under construction so the breakfast was some fruit and some instant oatmeal, etc..

This hotel needs remodeled and redecorated. The breakfast menu needs expanded to include hot food and gluten free options. Our handicap accessible room was at the end of the hallway which necessitated a long walk.

Not clean, breakfast is stale continental

I'll probably avoid this one. Floors were sticky and uncleaned. Breakfast is stale continental. Hot is just a lie, unless they're referring to the waffle maker. Males there may need some communication help. One of the more bizarre experiences with Country Inn.
