This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable as well as safe. The staff was amazing. Every single staff member we dealt with was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They bent over backwards to meet every request/need and made us feel like family. We both had favorites and would name them but were afraid we'd leave someone out. They know who they are. They offered to help with Sam's walker, our luggage, etc. The cost included a full breakfast with a huge variety of choices as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies etc. available at all times. There were even to go bags with bottled water, muffin, and a piece of fruit. When we asked what was being built next door it is a restaurant. We had such a wonderful time that the Hampton Inn will be our "go to" place in Burley or anytime we are headed through Idaho. We highly recommend them and would have liked to stay longer. I stay here half of the week for my work, and this place is so clean and convenient. Any question I have is handled quickly and professionally. What's more, Kay, Janessa, Jeannie and Rosie go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I can't say enough about them and what this hotel offers. Well done!

Very nice, pet friendly on the river . Quiet peaceful. Beds are amazing. Breakfast was good , the usual stuff. River view was great. Cool area out back. Large parking for trucks with trailers as well .

My husband & I stayed here on our trip to Colorado Springs. This was one of the best places we stayed. Conveniently located. Excellent customer service, very clean & a nice breakfast. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here!

Good hotel, lousy Hilton app.

Reservation does not appear on Hilton app and no points if you book through Expedia. Hotel was clean, quiet, and nice staff. Would stay here again but stuck having to book through Hilton to use the Hilton app and get points.
