O Catfish Bend Inn & Spa é muito bom. O quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável, além de bem limpo, e tem acesso à área comum diretamente através de uma porta de vidro oposta à porta principal. O buffet não me agradou por ser voltado para peixe, mas isso é uma questão de gosto. O café da manhã foi satisfatório e melhor do que o que tomei no hotel em Willowbrook/IL. O Cassino é interessante e bem arrumado também, apesar de não ser muito grande. O atendimento foi muito bom. O que mais me impressionou foi ter um hotel deste nível em uma cidade pequena como Burlington. Recomendo.

This hotel is very clean & very modern Very large rooms. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also very large. The lighting in the bathroom & sleeping area are not very good. This hotel has lots of things to do and You can get to any part of the hotel without going outside. Great front desk service from Lisa very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed chatting with her. Since it was a day before Thanksgiving the hotel was already decorated for Christmas and that really put us in the spirit I rated this a 5 even though the lighting is bad our hotel stay was very nice and it’s important to me to have a clean & friendly hotel We are already planning on going back. Thanks Lisa for helping us out

I made our family reservations the old fashioned way of calling and speaking to a reservation agent. Reserved 3 rooms for our family. When checking in we were told we couldn't stay because we had 3 children in our party. At no time during my reservation call was I told all parties needed to be over 21. We were told we couldn't stay and there was nothing they could do to help us. We had to find lodging elsewhere or go back to illinois!

Stayed here for a gambling trip. The room was huge and very clean. Easy walk to casino floor. Highly recommend this hotel for a fun filled night of gambling. The restaurants on the property are recommended also.

Booked at the Catfish Bend, but was house at the Pzazz

Take heed of the string of reviews from people who booked at the Catfish Bend, but instead were placed at the Pzazz Resort -- a very different hotel that is worn down and definitely not worth what you are charged for the Catfish. I brought my mother into town for a family funeral, arriving at the time that I specified in our reservation, and was told that we'd been "placed at our other property." Upon objecting I was told it's "not as bad as it looks," but it most definitely was -- from the smelly dumpster out front to the tattered decor. I immediately contacted the customer service team at Agoda who attempted to work this out with the Catfish Bend, but the management would not work with them to resolve the situation, stating that the fee was no-refundable as stated in the reservation. So, as you read the reviews, do not fault the booking agents these rooms are being sold through. The issue seems to lie with the Catfish Bend. I would have accepted a no refund policy had I actually been housed at the hotel whose photos I check and whose link I clicked. Beware of booking here.
