Pedregal Manor is perfect from A to Z. Could not ask for a better location, you can walk to anyplace you might want to go, I walk the marina every morning, where there are multiple restaurants. There is a small market just a block away that carries numerous organic options. Pedregal Manor is located right downtown, but away from the noise. - Perfect
The rooms are immaculate, my room is a small studio but VERY functional with a kitchenette if I want to fix something in the room. If not, there is also a large kitchen area for the tenants to use with microwaves, refrigerators, hot plates all furnished.
The pool is great as well.
The staff is helpful, fun, knowledgeable, super nice and staffed 24/7. Underground parking, You can also not beat the low rate they charge.
True there is not TV, but why do you go on vacation to watch TV? You can do that at home. There is too much to see and do in Cabo.
I have been here one week and going to stay and enjoy three more weeks!
I would list some cons but I can’t think of any.
Not my Favorite place

My husband and I stayed here a couple nights. It was just ok. While it was clean as far as the facility goes. It could use a little updating. Jorje at the front desk was nice and helpful. We had a very small room. There was no comforter or bedspread. Just the sheets and a single blanket. The pillow slips were too small so the pillow hung out and you could see all the nasty stains on the pillows. Which was disgusting to me. There was no hot water in our bathroom sink. The shower had hot water at least. No wash cloths in the room. I asked for some and was told I could have extra hand towels but wash cloths were not available on the property. They do have soap, body wash, shampoo available. The pool is small and completely shaded by 1pm. The chairs around the pool are so old that the lacing is dry rotted and when you sit in them you sit directly on the bar. No one can sit in them comfortably for any length of time. We were told that the Breakfast was cancelled, the TV was removed from the room and that wifi was only available in the lobby now due to COVID causing things to be shut down and the need for keeping costs low. I understand everyone is struggling. So for the cheap price we paid we really didnt expect much. Dont let the Pedregal name fool ya! I would imagine this place fully up and running would be the equivalent of a days inn here in the states. It is in a good location. Walking distance to everything for the most part. I doubt I'd stay here ever again. Probably wont recommend it either. But over all we made the best of it.
Spring break stay 2019 review

Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired, especially from the owner Bob. My boyfriend and I made our booking here using bookings.com, but due to a typo in the exp date for our credit card, our stay was cancelled the day we were supposed to check in without giving us any chance to correct the typo. Despite the fact I was able to bring the credit card, in hand to the hotel site, Bob insisted that we had to pay in cash, forcing us to lose money because the local ATMs have really bad conversion rates between dollars and pesos. Even after we brought the cash in hand, the owner rudely told my boyfriend and I that he'd honestly rather we stay somewhere else, despite the fact we were cooperating with all his request. Despite the awful service, my boyfriend and I realized this was still the cheapest option on our shortlist of hotel stays so we decided to cut our loses and just give the man our money. Once we were able to check in, things were pretty smooth from there (although I have to say the breakfast made by Bob was very mediocre). But overall, outside of the breakfast and the trouble we had checking in, we had a very comfortable stay at a great value. If you are booking online (especially through bookings.com) make sure to check that you enter your CC info correctly the first time because Bob will probably refuse to take it, if you make an error.
Worst hotel experience in my life.

I would avoid this place at all costs. My experience here was absolutely horrendous and no one should be giving Bob (the hotel owner) any of their money. He is an abusive, lying, chauvinistic man who keeps his staff in a state of fear. I booked a room at this hotel for 10 days during a Christmas trip to Cabo. The first day I checked in, the water in the bathroom was either: 1) not getting hot; 2) producing dirt colored water; or 3) not running at all. I actually ran some water in to a water bottle to see exactly how dirty it was coming out of the faucet. On Day two, before my boyfriend and I left the hotel in the morning, we brought it to the hotel staff's attention that we were having water problems. Fast forward to 8:30pm that night, my boyfriend goes to the bathroom to wash up, and NO WATER. This is when I contacted my bank to file a complaint and request that we get a refund so we could move to a different hotel because not having running water is not acceptable. My bank in turn called Bob to report the issue. Approximately 20 minutes later, his hotel front desk comes to my room looking terrified stating that Bob is demanding to speak to the customer and provides a number to call. As soon as I call this phone number, Bob starts of rude, telling me that I'm lying about the water problem. He quickly changed tacts to say that this is just how things are in Cabo and water takes a long time to fix. When I explained to him that not having running water was a big deal, he just lost his mind. He started cursing at me, telling me to "Shut up woman" and also asked to speak to the "man in the relationship" because he didn't believe that I as a woman, I could book the hotel with my credit card. He continued his tirade and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the hotel immediately. Eventually my boyfriend did take over because he couldn't handle continuing to hear this man verbally abuse me. When my boyfriend got on the phone, Bob changed tacts again to explain how luck we were to have a room at his grand establishment. He claimed that we were playing "chicken feed" for the room and should be ever so grateful and that others were "begging" him for a room at his haven. He finished off by saying that if we "got the f**k out of his hotel he would give us a refund." We packed up our things right then and there and left the hotel. My credit card then called him for the refund and SURPRISE SURPRISE, Bob downright refused. My booking had 8 additional days on it and Bob got to steal that money from me. He is a LIAR and a THEIF. I have never in my life been treated this way by any hotel. I could tell he was awful to his staff because the woman at the front desk looked so scared that on our way out we gave her a hug and told her it was not her fault. She looked on the verge of tears because I'm sure she was going to get the brunt of Bob's wrath after the fact. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There are so many wonderful places in Cabo and there is no reason to stay in a place where if things get bad, the customer is lower than dirt because Bob will get away with keeping your money anyway. P.S. the t.v. screens in the room are so small that they are smaller than the computer monitors I have at home and the room tended to have a lot insect.

This hotel is fabulous for the price. We loved the location. Plenty of outlets in the room and the wifi worked in our room. The free breakfast was a nice touch! There was usually no hot water in the shower, but that didn’t bother us too much. This place is perfect for budget travellers, and the staff is super helpful!
