Do not book, if you are going with family as they lack proper room service, no water bottle from hotel, have broken fridge, old AC make too much noise, rooms are very old, only Bread Butter in complimentary breakfast and pool is very small - may be good for kids to enjoy there.

I booked thru Goibibo got good deal for this hotel. Mumbaikar keep in mind this is hotel not resort. located in heart of Calungute so everything is nearby. rooms are clean with bathtub but not in working condition :( pool is deep & very short. Breakfast menu is ok

We booked this hotel for 3 days and we did not get good things like hot water , breakfast and blancktes too . If you looking for couple friendly rooms please find another options. We complained many time but they weren’t ready to hear and do somethings for us .

We booked two rooms on the fly checkin time here is 12pm and checkout time is 11am (though we left the hotel at 7am as we were on a road trip and going back (Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai) #Rooms were clean had one fridge TV etc.. Fresh towels, hot water and enough space in room for two persons. #Wifi is fine u can search for location and places not for online music and all, we did not order anything here for food. Location wise it is behind dominos on the main road. #reception guy was nice and you don't have to wait for your prebooked room like in other hotels. #Hotel has one swimming pool which was clean. Overall value for money and safe and clean location.

I didn't book this hotel. We had reservation for 3 rooms at another hotel ( Santa Monica). But the staff of Santa Monica upgraded & shifted us to this hotel. I am using the word " Up gradation" as it was used by the staff . Let me tell you what up gradation they provide us. 1.We have booked breakfast in our package. Breakfast available at hotel was only bread butter. It take almost 15-20 minutes for them to make bread butter. 2. AC's were not working properly & leakage was there. 3. In the afternoon , no one is there to attend . 4. Mineral water bottle provided on 1st day were smelling like any floor cleanser. 5. One day before our check out , they stopped the room service. 6. All the three booked rooms were different. 7. Only swimming pool was quite maintained. But again it is very small. 8. They don't have double bed. They joined two single beds to make it double.
