Fácil localização. Uma reforma cairia bem, aparência um pouco cansada. Mas ainda assim apresenta uma boa estrutura, bom espaço nos quartos. Cafe da manha satisfatório. Bom serviço no atendimento. Quartos silenciosos.. indico para turistas que viajam para passear e visitar lugares, não recomendo para quem gosta de ficar grandes períodos nos quartos e dependências.
Room on 5th floor and NO WORKING ELEVATOR . We had one heavy bag .No plug for the sink. Our flight was early so we were to leave before the complimentary breakfast so we were to going to make coffee in room but machine had not been cleaned and there were no supplies to make more! There was no shuttle service as advertised but the hotel did arrange for taxi to airport before our trip and on our return. We did leave our car there for the 3 weeks and it was OK . Grateful for that! Although we were booked to stay a night on our return , we did not. The cancellation cost was not charged to us . This hotel should not have been open for business at that time.
Worst hotel I have ever been in. When we walked in to the hotel a lady was walking out begging us not to stay, and to save our money while we can. When we got to our room we discovered our sheets to have urine stains on them, as well as bed bugs and bed bug eggs. Our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator was our of service so we had to climb 5 sets of stairs only to learn floor 1-4 was all out of service according to signage. Also, the hotel itself had NO signage of what the name of it is. When we tried googling the hotel, nothing pops up. When we advised the front desk lady she was very kind and gave us a full refund, however she was no aware of what bed bugs were. There was also two very sketchy men there who were watching everyone as they came in and we over heard them discussing who was leaving and when. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE. Save yourself a whole bunch of stress and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Should not be open. Under Renovations. No mention of this on Booking.com at time I booked. Still dealing with that mess. I arrived late after driving 12 hours. Staff mentioned I can go elsewhere at 10pm if wanted. ??!! One elevator, barely worked, no pool. Light switch didn't work along with fridge. Musty smell in washroom. Sketchy neighbourhood. This hotel is changing its name. Manager offered a low rate to stay there again. No thanks. Want refund!
Really surprise that this hotel is used for guests. One big construction site, dirt, dust and filth everywhere. Restarurent closed, pool closed, breakfirst was takeaway from an intermistic buffet. Tv in room was cracked, clearing or whatever they were doing outside the room starte at approx. 04 int the morning. Booked 1/2 a year in advance, and we had no idea of the hotel was under renovation. It can only be better in the future.
