Opção mais em conta para conhecer a região dos hamptons

O Hotel possui bons quartos e cafe da manhã. Se você não faz questão de se hospedar "pe na areia" para curtir a região, este hotel e muito recomendado! Com carro alugado é facil ir para qualquer praia ou cidade dos hamptons rapidamente. há varias vinicolas proximas e tambem um outlet! Recomendo

OK but some annoying issues

The staff is friendly, courteous and profession, and the rooms are clean. You can request housekeeping, or be left alone. The breakfast isn't particularly good but there's plenty of it, including cereal and fruit, which you may want to have instead of the eggs and sausage, which are average at best. Coffee is available - and also milk in a refrigerator - 24/7, though the coffee isn't particularly good. Negatives: (1) no comfortable chair for relaxing, in the rooms - for me, this is a strong negative, which they could easily remedy; (2) the AC adjusts slowly, and does not keep an even temperature; (3) despite a no-dogs policy, a yappy dog lives with the apparently long-term resident in room 201 - keep your distance from that room, because the dog barks several times a day. They should not allow this to happen. Overall, you might stay here if your budget is tight but you can do better.

Unwelcoming Check-In

We had reserved three nights (using points and certificates, so reserved each night separately) and upon check-in realized we probably needed to cancel the 3rd night. I asked the clerk for confirmation that we needed to do so by 6PM of the day before. She responded "No, you must do so 3 days in advance." I showed her my confirmation email which clearly stated that cancellation is required by 6 PM of the day before. She simply kept repeating that at this hotel, the policy is 3 days in advance. Her unpleasant attitude and incorrect information (contradicting the written contract with our reservation) put a pallor on what was otherwise a decent stay. Since we are platinum members, we did receive an upgrade to a "suite" which is a larger room with a sofa area. The room was nice enough except it faced the highway so there was some noise, which didn't bother me since I always wear earplugs.

Staff Excellent, Furnishings Need Freshening

Seemed very busy place in an obviously very convenient area with really excellent staff, but with a much higher price point than most Holiday Inns and room turnover so frequent the furniture and carpets just need freshening in rooms and communal areas.

East End Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I decided to spend our Anniversary weekend with a quick Autumn getaway on the East End. Scott booked our room for the night and gave us a complimentary upgrade! Katie checked us in quickly and personally delivered wine glasses to our room! We went to the vineyards, went pumpkin and apple picking, ate at amazing restaurants and came back to a comfortable bed in a clean room. Great service and great location to enjoy Long Island's North Fork!
