The best hotel in Hanoi!

We looked for several hotels in Hanoi and finally decided on this one and it was the best decision we could have made. The staff is so absolutely nice and kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful, the decoration was remarkable, they greeted us with little dessert, the shower is perfect, it is all clean. The breakfast hostess is very attentive, the breakfast buffet is delicious with a lot of variety, with a combination of Vietnamese and American food. The location is truthfully perfect, about 5-10 min walk from the lake and the street at night is filled with little restaurants and bars. It was honestly the best choice we could make, I recomend it 100%

Very clean room and modern bathroom with toiletries. Comfortable bed. Considering how cheap it was, it was a pleasant surprise to find how good it was. Reasonably close to the airport. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Only draw back was it was a long way from Nha Trang and we couldn't pay by credit card as arrived after 6pm and the accountant had gone home.

I not expect to much for a two start hotel, but that one was really good and closee to CXR airport. the room was clean and the stuff very polite. you can also rent a motorbike to explore the area around

Приехали в отель ,но так и не заселили нас ,номер,который мы бронировали в апреле нам не предоставили и в 12 ночи нас отправили напротив в другой отель ночевать . Я не советую его бронировать ,персоеал по английски вообще не понимает ,будете общаться на пальцах

Ayant un vol très tôt le matin nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Réservation trois jours avant par internet. Accueil super, service impeccable, les chambres sont très propres et très bien équipées. Nous avons été étonnés de cette qualité. L'hôtel nous a commandé un taxi pour l'aéroport qui est arrivé le lendemain à 5 AM comme prévu . Le personnel est très serviable et parle anglais... Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. ( 14€ la nuit ).
