I did a two night stay solo. The hotel is convenient to interstates, restaurants, gas stations. The room was clean. It had a king bed that was comfortable. The rooms are very small, by design. But I was only in the room to sleep. Sound from outside the hotel is limited however the walls seem quite thin so the noise from adjacent rooms can be disturbing. The HVAC unit was also somewhat noisy and did disturb my sleep some. With all this said, this is a budget chain that keeps there costs low through the use of efficiency. Rooms are designed to require minimum effort and time to clean and stock by housekeeping. They do however invest in comfortable beds. Breakfast was a standard hotel continental breakfast. I would stay again.

Excellent Hotel, close to shopping stores. Clean and friendly. A++. This hotel has all amenities to comfort sleep to fitness center with peloton bike. Highly recommended. Tru by Hilton may have been the best experience I’ve stayed in.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and well stocked with lots of variety. The selection of food and beverage was helpful for a late night with no chance to grab food on the road. Room rare was reasonable.

Won't Stay at a Tru Again

This brand seems to be Hilton's answer to the no-frills version of a good hotel. It was clean, relatively new, and there were plenty of outlets in the room, but that is about all the positives I could find. For $183/night, it was way over-priced. Breakfast was a dismal affair of powdered eggs and weird sausage, the pancake maker was on the fritz and the toaster makes toast so un-warm that it wouldn't melt butter. My digital key never arrived, and the lack of housekeeping, furniture and space in our room made spending any time there uncomfortable. No coffee maker or microwave in our room was just inconvenient. The staff was friendly enough when they were around, which wasn't much...the front desk was often empty. I'm a Hilton Honors member and I've stayed in their hotels for years, but we won't stay in one of these again.

LOVE the new dog policy!!

Thank you Hilton for updating your pet policy. We were able to travel with our dog for the first time this summer and get our HH points! We only stayed one night at this property on our way home but it was the best of the bunch. Warning if you need space (eg travel with a pack-n-play): I think the Tru properties are designed to be space-saving. The two of us and the dog did fine for one night in a king room though. I especially liked the wall-mounted shampoo and soap in the shower… way more efficient than the little bottles! And they have gym?? Like, a basketball court gym .. instead of a pool?? How cool is that? (I don’t like swimming)
