Esta foi nossa segunda estadia no Villa Suites Italia. Eles oferecem um bom valor e acomodações limpas e bem conservadas, num local perto do shopping Plaza de Las Americas e do centro de Cancun em geral. O apartamento individual tem equipamentos básicos de cozinha, mas o lounge é espaçoso, tem ar condicionado e áreas confortáveis de jantar e descanso. O quarto é de bom tamanho e tem uma TV de tela plana grande e um cofre gratuito. Os apartamentos são usados principalmente por pessoas que trabalham nos arredores, então a piscina não fica nada ocupada. Na grande maioria das vezes, nós éramos as únicas pessoas na área da piscina. Os táxis custam 25 pesos em qualquer lugar, exceto se estiver chovendo, quando o preço sobe para 30 pesos! Se você tiver certeza que tem o dinheiro exato, não vai ter discussão! Nós não hesitaríamos em ficar nesse hotel de novo.

clean place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, well located near everything, good pool, has bars and restaurants nearby, convenience stores and pharmacies in the same block, quite safe, the only thing is that the stairs are tired

Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Nice room, comfortable bed. Fridg, microwave, coffee maker. Good location in centro--Mall of America close by. Easy bus access to beaches. Several nearby restaurants. An older, clean, well maintained, secure property.

When i was planning my Cancun trip, all I was seeing those 'All inclusive hotels' with unlimited food and drink..We (me and my wife) are more of explorers and we like to be out most of day; so we could have never done justice to the price we would have paid for all-inclusive hotels. Also, due to our food preferences we wanted to be in a place which has some Indian Vegetarian options. My search ended at Hotel Villa Italia, it's a cozy and quiet place even though it's not far from Hotel zone and Downtown. The bus stop is at 6-7 minutes walking distance. The rooms were clean, with basic kitchenette. The bathroom size is good, the swimming pool was clean. The Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. However, I would like if they can add some very small services like providing bottled water everyday and replenishing the soaps/shampoos. Overall, it's a good hotel and I would recommend to my type of travelers ..

Great little hotel . I had the queen suite with living room, dining room , kitchen (with utensils, plates, microwave, coffee machine and super large very cold fridge), bathroom with a shower including super hot water and hair dryer, a very small balcony, and really large bedroom with closet, safe ,ironing board and iron. Tv had many great channels including English ones . Bed was cozy .Staff is super nice. Oscar and David answered all my questions. Oscar was especially super helpful . I needed a lap pool to do lapses so he called 3 different places for me and finally found a gym next door with a lap pool that I absolutely loved ( energy gym by Alex Rodriguez) Hotel has a pool with lounging sun chairs but I never used it . The entrance has a locked gate with 24h security guard who is very kind and friendly and with whom I got to practise my Spanish. Wifi was excellent and never failed me . Area is great . 5 min from plaza las Americas, huge shopping mall with a gigantic food court, a cinema and a chedraui grocery store, energy gym and a major bus stop . Quick walk to the bus stop to the hotel zone.The only problem and for me that was a major deal breaker, was the music from neighboring bars , restaurants and the Cancun bull ring that has major concert events . During the day there was the noise from the construction across the street but that was not so bad. I stayed there 8 days Monday to Monday. On Sun Mon Tues Wed it was quiet but Thursday Friday and Saturday, music played from 5pm to 4:30 am! not under the controls of the hotel,not possible to sleep. That and the cleaning staff were terrible . My bed sheets smelled so bad , like bad body odor. Even when they changed them still smelled. Still, for the price i payed, this hotel exceeded my expectations !,
