Housecleaning issues in an otherwise fine facility

Even when room is cleaned, no additional soap, shampoo, or towels are provided. Also, beware of spider bites emanating from the sofa. Otherwise, this is a nicely designed hotel with a fine front desk staff. Housekeeping is another matter.

Front desk did not fix the phone desk proactively Technician came, but did nothing to fix it Lot of noise outside the room during entire stay Lot of litter in the corridor making it un-walkable Not enjoyable

I had never stayed at a Homewood Suites until now, and was greatly impressed at the quality of my stay. The lobby was welcoming and clean, and Barry in reception made me feel welcome. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a dishwasher with clean silverware, and plenty of space for me to work. Breakfast and parking are complimentary; breakfast included hot and cold food buffet style. This hotel is located near several amenities and is a good base for getting into Boston. The only thing I'd add was that my door was a bit tricky to open, even after I scanned my key.

We stayed at this hotel for an ice skating competition as a group. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the location was great.
