Good Location just outside of Old Town

Great place that is only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes or so from Old Town. It is conveniently between both. This is my second time staying here--an apartment style hotel. For the price and location, this place is number 1. I returned to this place because of Elena. She is a great host, was available to answer all of my questions around the clock 24/7, and she was not annoyed with me continuously asking to help plan things for me to do while I was there. She arranged taxi's, tours, and offered many tips and suggestions for local food as well. The neighborhood is busy but has cheap offerings that offset the tourist upcharges throughout the popular areas. Staying at this place made me feel at home as it was comfortable, peaceful, quiet, and convenient. I appreciate the space and hotel and love the layout of the kitchen and dining areas. Next month, when I'm back in Cartagena, I will stay here again because of Elena who has always taken good care of me and my friends.

Nos sentimos como en casa, Marco y Elena nos trataron excelente ! Los departamentos son muy lindos y tienen todas las comodidades. We felt like home, Marco and Selene were very nice with us ! The apartment has all the stuffs you could need and are very neat.

Adventure in Cartagena

These villas are close to everything but not in the touristy part of the city. Fully furnished apartment with a wonderful manager Elena who speaks both Spanish and English. We felt safe walking from here to the beach, store, and the walled city. Please be aware that this is a noisy city. Loud music, horns honking, vendors using bullhorns to sell their wares happen 24/7.

I have been here for an holiday and I was very happy to have chosen this accommodation. Friendly team always try to make us feel comfortable, just few minutes away from the main city attractions. The apartments are nicely decorated, clean and well above expectation at this price line. I have understood that It's foreigner owned business and I believe that the attentions on service and the quality provided are remarkable and so much better than could get from local accommodation at this price.

Stayed here in June 2016, everything was bad. Air conditioner did not work, not willing to fix. Apartment was a sweatbox. No fans in the kitchen, when you cook whole place stunk. Terrible neighborhood, never felt safe. Beggars at your door all day. Do not waste your money and stay here. Stay away!!!!
