There are no microwaves in room. Bathrooms have no vent so if your with more than 1 person and you stink up the bathroom the whole room has to deal with it. We asked for a late checkout they give 30 min free which was better than nothing and we were in basketball tournament's all weekend so was hoping to get a few more min of rest. NOPE… we were up till 3am with what sounded like a wrestling match going on in the room above us. Then housekeeping was banging on the door at 9 am and kept banging till I got to the door when I opened the door she said sorry wrong room. Then came back and did the same thing about a hr later.

Very good, but it’s a value hotel. Exterior is odd-There are things down the road, but the hotel itself kind of sits in a construction zone up on a lonesome, dark hill. Inside is better: it remind me of a college dormitory though. Pool table and lots of seating/charging stations in the lobby. Rooms look like they are outfitted by IKEA. Nothing is very plush or sturdy looking. Not as comfy as some other Hilton properties. THAT SAID…it’s definitely clean and the front desk and everyone that we came in contact with was excellent. It did it’s job for us that is for sure.

Another Great TRu Hotel

This was the second time we stayed in a Tru Hotel and this one was as great and clean as the first one. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and bright. The breakfast the next morning was adequate. We were traveling and just happened to see the Tru sign when we exited at Cartersville. It is not located with the rest of the business and not showing on the signs on I75. This hotel is obviously very new but I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean well priced stay around Cartersville Georgia.

I have cleaned and stayed at Hilton and I’m very disappointed dried pee on toilet seat! Stay at lake point or others but definitely not this hotel!! You are going to Waste $100+ honest if you do not avoid!!!

We had no control over our air in our room. Called the front desk and they were no help. We were hot most of the time and couldn’t do anything about it. It seemed this was just the way the rooms were set up. It’s like you weren’t allowed to change the temperature of the room. Very annoying.
