O hotel é bem limpo e organizado. Café da manhã funcional, lavanderia, jacuzzi, piscina... Muito bacana! O gerente não é muito simpático, mas o resto compensa! Ainda tem desconto para pára-quedista e transporte gratuito para a skydive Arizona.

The rooms are dated and not well maintained. The chair in our room had had a huge stain on it. The enamel in the bathtub was faded and worn off, the heat lamp in the bathroom was replaced with cheap spotlight bulb. Three is a gap around the bottom & corners of our exterior facing door, an invitation to any crawling insects, and the carpet needed a good steam cleaning. The front office system is cumbersome requiring much longer time to check in . Does not warrant the current rating.

My main issue with this hotel was the front desk very unprofessional. No need to want to help asked general questions about my reservation and her exact words were I don’t know nothing I just hit the check-in button she couldn’t even tell me how much I was paying for my room. They need someone more professional at that front desk and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that would agree with me, I stayed there for one day. I left a day early due to the bad service I called the front desk. The phone rang for 20 minutes straight no answer. I finally went up to the front desk because I needed the TV fixed and that took about another hour the place is old and need updating , needs new management for sure

This place is disgusting!! Old outdated rooms.NO HOT WATER. WHEN YOU GRAB ABOUT THE HOT WATER THEY SAY OH WE HAVE WARM WATER IT WON'T GET HOT WE HAVE WARM WATER. Reserve two nights can only stay one they gave me a receipt for one night but they charge to and will not give the money back.

Checked in, asked for disability room, said nothing. checked pool was freezing, heater broke!!, room not disabled!!, 4th day no new towels or toilet paper. Promised money back. Been fighting for months
