Misunderstanding with a booking, owner solved it very professional and we were very satisfied with the result! Hotel is very clean and have various rooms with street or seaview, with easy access to the beach.!

Simply perfect. Very nice and friendly hotel. 2 minutes walk to beach. The room is very comfortable. Large bathroom, nice little balcony. Refrigerator, super aircon. I really liked the room with colorful, painted furniture. The staff is extremely friendly. They smile, they are all willing and smiling. The restaurant is in a separate building. Very delicious food, very large portions. Here, too, is nice staff, it was very good to be.There is a grocery store 50 meters away. cheap fruit, mineral water, chocolate, is open until 21.00 o'clock in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Impeccable.

Rooms are fine, hotel owner/manager is awful & no parking in high season

The rooms are fine, they are basic but they do the job. I don't know that I'd want to stay here an entire week though, we only stayed 1 night and it was ok. The owner is a terrible man, unfriendly and unhelpful. He will rip you off when you buy your refreshments at his cafe/shop located across the road from the hotel. This is where you will also be parking, which is actually a public car park for beach-goers so gets full early and if there's no parking too bad! There is often no-one at checkin, that's because the owner is at his cafe across the road mostly and you'll need to find him there to checkin. I wouldn't say this hotel was the most secure either, mainly as there is always nobody about so anyone can walk in. The internet is pretty bad, you're more likely to get a good signal in the hallway than your room. Rooms are small but the bathroom is quite large (see pics). Room has a balcony that provides the only natural light in the room, but as it has no curtains (a shutter is used), you will need to keep it dark for privacy in your room as others can see in easily. Bed is ok, not entirely comfortable as a little hard (see pic) and there is a small wardrobe with small desk utilised by the TV and pay TV box (see pic), so no room to use the desk at all. A wonderful beach with a little shop/cafe on the beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and that's probably the selling point of this place.

Un hotel molto semplice e comodo perché vicino alla spiaggia, ma scomodo per il parcheggio...soprattutto quando si hanno bimbi piccoli. Una cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che alcune informazioni basilari non vengono divulgate dal personale addetto alla reception ( pur avendo contattato anche telefonicamente). Abbiamo scoperto solo una volta in loco che la colazione non è servita in hotel ma in un vicino bar convenzionato e che non potevamo fare colazione in hotel perché la nostra prenotazione era di sole 2 notti....cosa molto scomoda quando hai bimbi piccoli. A Castelsardo penso ci sia di meglio, un rapporto qualità / prezzo non equilibrato a mio parere.

Due notti e cenone di capodanno all’Ampurias. Personale gentile e molto professionale. Le camere molto accoglienti, pulite e spaziose. Il ristorante è stata una bella scoperta! Ottimi piatti di pesce, personale molto efficiente! Cenone di capodanno veramente ottimo!
