Pelo preço da diária, achei o hotel razoável. Instalações confortáveis, silencioso, estacionamento sempre com disponibilidade. Wi-Fi apresenta alguns problemas de conexão com algumas interrupções e os canais disponíveis na TV são limitados com muitas noticias locais. Com relação ao café da manhã, ai sim eu e minha esposa tivemos alguns problemas. Produtos oferecidos sem variedade (sempre os mesmos) em quantidade e diversidade muito pequena. As opções inexistem e faltam os poucos produtos disponíveis, com frequência, durante o horário do café.
Quick trip
Good customer service, quiet, clean and convenient. Slept well in my clean, tidy bed. Safe and secure with a nice view. Pet friendly is important to me, too. Charged a small fee for a 2 pm checkout. So worth it! Thank you!
Horrible Morning Front Desk Staff
The front desk clerk in the evening when we checked in was extremely nice and friendly; however, the two front desk clerks working the next morning were the complete opposite. The two front desk clerks working the next morning were more interested in flirting with each other then helping guests and they had no problem making sure you knew you were an inconvenience to them. They were both very rude, unhelpful, and clearly lacked any desire to assist guests of the hotel. These two employees are the primary reason I'll likely not return to this establishment.
Awful- horrible customer service
The rooms are not cleaned well, there is dried who knows what on the wall by our bed.. old food or something dark of color (yuck) the bathroom was disgusting.. something gross on what was supposed to be a clean towel and also the shower didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all.. there were left over hairs in the tub and what looked like extra conditioner or shampoo that had splattered and was dripping down the shower wall. Also the guys at the desk tonight is rude. The kids played in the pool and were jumping in... (nothing crazy- barley making a splash... he comes in and tells the kids that “he’s been letting them get away with jumping in the pool all day and to quit because there are signs all over the pool that say they can’t.. the signs say NOTHING about jumping.. they all say “no diving” the man Rudely said that “no diving” means the same thing as “no jumping” I have never been to a pool where the two mean the same thing. He said it with such disgust that I would let my kids jump even though it says not to! Not a happy customer
Our stay
The hotel was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy; the walls are very thin. My biggest complaint is that there was all the stuff to make coffee in the room, but no coffee maker.
