Unpleasant staff, social room was smelly and bad food. If you want to sit in the reception, but the sofa smells urine(also gaming room).. Hotels stuff behave cat, so all down floor smells like cat, so I don’t recommend for allergic people. Room was budget, but clean!! You can choose from tasty salad, but the rest of the food was disgusting.

Me and another 3 friends stayed in this hotel from the 26th December 2012 to the 2nd January 2013. The staff was great and so was the service. The bathrooms are very nice and the rooms might be slightly outdated but that is normal in these areas. I kind of liked it as it gives a more warmly feeling kind of like in a cabin. When it come to these areas breakfast is very French/ Italian cakes bread cheese hams etc However the owner Valentina on the last 2 days was kind enough to offer us scrambled eggs! a bit more Maltese/ British. This bring me to the Bar. I love a good drink any they had the more typical drinks being beer/ wine too much grapa (popular round these areas) but there was no whisky apart from a bourbon (Jack D.) However when we said we were whisky drinkers guess what... a bottle of J. walker appeared the next day. Fantastic! The scots would appreciate this although its not a single Malt. Distane from centres and slopes? 3km 5 normal driving 10 minutes if you drive fast (don't do so in the centre Cameras) Value for money? fantastic recommended? definitely only complaint would be the politeness of the maids / cleaners which was very lacking Please note that for those who want to keep fit there is no gym but you can't really expect one I guess.

Struttura perfetta per la vacanza vicino Andalo. Struttura pulita personale cortese soprattutto la sig.ra Lidia sempre molto disponibile. Consiglio per una vacanza in Montagna . Cibo buono. Ambiente molto silenzioso. Penso che se dovessi ritornare in zona sicuramente sarò nuovamente presso questa struttura.

Hotel pulito, camere confortevoli e grandi. Perfetto e comodo per una vacanza in montagna. Personale gentile e un saluto anche alle animatrici (gentilissime💕💕) Giardino molto carino e con giochi per bimbi🙋♂️🙋♀️ Consiglio molto👍 Buona vacanza!

Buongiorno ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questa struttura mi dispiace recensire questo hotel negativamente trattandosi del Trentino in cui sono sempre stato in ogni hotel sempre bene , ma questo purtroppo sono rimasto deluso completamente soprattutto per la pessima colazione che trovavo cioè per dire di bassa qualità sicuramente l'hotel per risparmiare sul cibo , nutella aperta nel barattolo dove giravano mosche , praticamente tutto scoperto quindi si può immaginare...... per fortuna l'unica cena che ho fatto anche quella di bassissima qualità , è la prima volta che mi sono trovato così male in uno hotel sulle Dolomiti , un complimento al personale di sala molto gentili , poco cordiale la proprietaria. Insomma sicuramente da non tornarci.
