Rude… Condescending… didn’t fix issue

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business. Never had an issue. This time… a/c not working… asked for a different room… said they had no other rooms… talking with the front desk and the manager was not helpful… Allison’s idea of customer service is to encourage me to go somewhere else and mutter things under her breath. Spoke with the manager the next day… asked for it to be resolved. No follow up… walked into the room after they “fixed” it… set to 60 (them not me)… room was in the 70s…. Told by Allison that the room was comfortable and that I should just get off the property. Nick.. the manager… never followed up… I figured it should be resolved. Absolutely nothing to try to resolve except for telling me it’s fixed… Will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I Travel most weeks. Have stayed in hotels all over the country and never been treated in this way…. Will NEVER stay at a holiday inn again. Things happen… I get that… after working 18 hours I don’t think that I should need to deal with an organization that doesn’t care. Wow… have standards gone done….. it’s just sad.

Front desk person was very nice and got us checked in quickly We liked our large, king bed room with couch. Everything was clean and quiet. There were only 2 bath towels & 2 wash cloths so did have to ask for more at the front desk. Also, just FYI, the room was not refreshed for second night which was okay with us. Nice workout room and pool. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Dairy Queen is across the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible reception staff. We waited in line for 20 minutes to check in, which was preceded by fumbling and having trouble checking us in through the computer system. We also waiting in line to buy water, which was a mother 20 minute wait as they were having trouble with another couple. There is no continental breakfast, but you can spend $10+/person in their “restaurant”. Waited $15 to check out while the receptionist was in the back on her cell phone.

From the moment we walked in we loved it.Great decor and offer a lot for everyone. The staff is friendly and somewhat accommodating. The team went out to dinner but the restaurant we went to would only allow drive thru or pick up because of Covid. So everyone got food to go and went back to the hotel where we tried to eat as a team in the common area but were approached by the staff and told we had to eat in our separate rooms. We could only eat down there is if we bought food from the bar. We asked since we couldn’t eat at the restaurant if they could make an exception and they stated no. We had to eat outside in the grass if we wanted to eat as a team. Disappointed since we had visited the bar the night before and also that’s day. Won’t be going to order from them again.

Aisha checked us in and worked both nights. Super nice snd helped out baseball team with a room off the lobby to eat pizza in. Alot of space here. In and out doors. I travel for business and will definately come back.
