The hotel is old, dirty and shabby The highway and the train track are literally to the said. There is terrible isolation in the rooms. I had to ask the hotel to change me to an other room which improved a little, but still you could hear a motor going on. Also for a working hotel that breakfast start at 7 is late if you consider some people need to leave early. On the positive note the hotel staff is super nice.

Good hotel for a night stay but with some problems

We visited this hotel on octuber 11, 2014, the hotel is 4 floors, the lobby is very small and the general areas are ok, I could see some stains on the carpet corridors but I think the rooms have been renovated, the bedss are excellent, the bathroom looks old but its ok, if you are visiting Celaya and end up in this hotel which is located outside of the city (If visiting I recomend a hotel within the city) please ask for a room not facing the railroad tracks, I was there on a saturday night, I did not know about the railroad and got a room facing the tracks, let me tell you that I counted 4 trains passing through that night and I know because they all sounded the horn because there is a street crossing very near the hotel, so if you have a light sleep this is not a place for you, over all if a decent hotel for the money.

I was traveling on business to Celaya, and myself and two Mexican colleagues had booked rooms to stay at this hotel for one night. Upon arrival to Celaya (delayed due to road closure), we had difficulty finding the hotel (three different GPS gave three different locations). To be fair this was not the hotel's fault. We called the front desk over the course of arriving to Celaya (approx one hour) asking for directions (talking with them for 15 minutes or more in total). Upon arrival to the hotel, around 10 pm, they informed us they were full and they would not honor our reservations because their computer system was down. That alone was disheartening, not to mention that they could have advised us of this unfortunate situation an hour earlier when we first called them and arrange for alternative lodging... Instead of offering assistance in booking rooms at another hotel of comparable quality, they handed us the phone book and basically said that was all they could do. By that time the local hotels were full and the thought of being stranded in such a remote location was becoming a reality. Fortunately, with no help from this hotel, we eventually found lodging an hour away at a much nicer establishment. This entire experience is completely unacceptable for any hotel, anywhere. As such I cannot recommend this accommodation to any traveler.

Al llegar a mi pesadilla que se hace llamar hotel, comúnmente me doy cuenta que la ubicación estaba en medio de la nada y que cerca están las vías del tren, entrando al lobby era obvio el olor a humedad y polvo en el piso ya que estaba muy suicio, me atendió una señorita que estaba despeinada y enojada , sin cubrebocas con una actitud prepotente le comenté que tenia reservación , como no quería atenderme estaba muy enojada y me trato con descortesía, al subir mis maletas un señor (botones que por cierto no tenia cubrebocas) me ayudo a subir mis maletas, me trató al principio muy bien y con cortesía, me pregunto de donde venia y que si había tenido un buen viaje. Este mismo hombre me recibió y me acompaño a la habitación 101 donde me comentó que no servía el aire acondicionado, ni en esa habitación ni en todo el hotel, después de encaminarme me exigió propina a lo cual le di 2 monedas de 10 pesos y me miró con cara de desprecio y continuaba con su mano en forma de que quería mas dinero, le dije que era todo lo que tenia y por consiguiente, me aventó la maleta mas pesada al piso y me dijo que yo mismo la metiera al cuarto. Después quise conectarme al internet que por cierto nunca funcionó, me resigné y me di cuenta que en Celaya es muy difícil encontrar comida, así que comí en el restaurante, pedí una sopa en la cual habían, no les miento, como 4 o 5 pelos, no quiero ni imaginar de donde eran siendo que yo me considero una persona amable y traté al personal del hotel como me hubiese gustado me tratasen a mi... A la hora de destender la cama también habían pelos, incluso abajo de mi almohada había una grandísima bola de pelos, tuve que dormir en en sillón que había en el cuarto ya que me repugnó el hecho de ver esto, simplemente no me fui del hotel porque, primero, ya había pagado, y segundo, por la inseguridad que tanto comentan hay en Celaya en la noche. Gracias al cielo iba de paso y me hospedé solo 1 día. Al día siguiente en el check out, pedí mi factura, la señorita (sin cubrebocas) enojada, me comento que ella no podía hacer este proceso, que debía hablar con su superior, así que me dijo que esperara, en lo que iba a una puerta que estaba convenientemente detrás del mostrador de la recepción, me dejó esperando 1 hora, cuando me harté, y a pesar del enorme letrero de "solo personal autorizado" abri la puerta y me encontré a esta señorita en un sillón, dormida, despertó enseguida y me dijo gritando que enseguida tenia mi factura, al fin todo salio bien y tuve mi factura. NO VUELVO A QUEDARME EN ESTE NI EN OTRO MISION... que verguenza de hotel.

Me agrado el trato y al solicitar mi facturacion me indicron que demoraran en enviarla a mas tardar el Lunes y estoy en espera de recibirla, tanto en el hospedaje como en los alimentos, el restaurante falta un poco mas de variedad en los desayunos
