A melhor localização em Chicago . Faz-se tudo a pé , de forma segura . Tudo perto : supermercado , lojas , bares e restaurantes Milenium Park pretíssimo . Quarto ( resulta que nosso quarto pode acomodar deficientes ) talvez tenhamos tido maus espaço , não sei informar . Quarto amplo , limpo arejado , bom banheiro . Pequenos problemas com a cortina e o chuveiro , que vazava um pouco Super recomendo

The property is beautiful and nicely appointed. The lobby has many gathering spaces for socializing with family and friends. Dorthy at the front desk was amazing!! This was our first time to the Chapel Hill area, and she was very welcoming. She even quickly stepped outside to point us in the right direction to campus. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. My husband loved the shower!! It’s very close to campus and an easy walk to restaurants.

What a wonderful hotel. Great location on Rosemary Street downtown near all the action. Modern and clean. Very comfortable. On this last trip I arrived early (11:00) and since the room was ready, I checked in early with no issues. The desk staff were exceptional. I know that Marriott trains their people well, but this group was off the charts. So friendly, polite, and helpful. Always greeted me when I entered, lots of eye contact and a nice smile. Great job Marriott. The only negative is beyond their ability to fix it. Street noise. Some local drunks shouting in the street at 2am and another morning a 7am loud truck delivery. I would always return, but sometimes empty rooms are scarce. We always try Carolina Inn and this place first. And since the Carolina Inn wanted $1,178 a night when I shopped around and this place was about $200, I went with this one. A no brainer. And the convenience and location were similar.

We had one very very positive experience a an AC Hotel elsewhere and hoped it was the same here. And it was. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the furnishings are simple so there’s enough room for your bags and to live out of the bags, especially for four people.

Great choice for Chapel Hill

Stayed here with my son for a lacrosse tournament. Extremely comfortable room - great bed, very dark, reliable and quiet AC system. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice $15 breakfast buffet that’s not extensive but plenty of good quality options. Laundry room on floor, and they’ll spot you detergent and dryer sheets (and provide quarters). Nice little gym, open 24 hours. The parking garage is a little chaotic but you get used to it after one trip in and out. If I ever end up in Chapel Hill again this will be an easy choice.
