No Better Place to stay in Ballantyne
Dominique is the epitome of professionalism. She is not only friendly but caring and genuinely takes an interest in all of her guests. I have seen her interact with many guests of all ages, genders, and colors, she treats them all with kindness and a beautiful smile. Emma works the afternoon/evening shift and is the perfect face of the Hotel for those coming in and out during her shift. Emma like Dominique is always happy, courteous, and professional. I have never seen either of them without a beautiful smile. The rooms are always immaculate, the hallways and entryway is always spotless and the grounds outside are clean with no debris ever laying around. If you need a place to stay in Ballantyne there is no better Hotel and no better staff in the city. As a bonus you can walk or drive to many local restaurants and shops.
Best customer service!
We recently stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a hockey tournament. Trey, who was at the front desk for most of our stay, was bar far the kindest and most customer friendly hotel employee I have ever encountered. He went out of his way to greet every person every time they came in/out of the hotel. He made sure every guest was happy and had what they needed to make their stay enjoyable. Trey epitomized customer service. He did all of this and even when I witnessed him dealing with a difficult guest, his attitude and smile never changed. Hilton and the Hampton Inn should honor him and his service.

We stayed at the hotel with our child’s hockey team. Trey greeted us with an amazing attitude and remained friendly and helpful for the two days he was working during our stay. He was so helpful and welcoming. It felt like coming home when greeted with his smile and cheery attitude. We stay at a lot of hotels throughout the hockey season, and Trey is by far the best employee we have met.
Appears nice, but under the sheets is a surprise
Reasonably clean but there was liquid splash stains on wall next to bed and liquid residual on nightstand. Not busy during Covid. Good restaurants within walking distance. However, under the sheets is a plastic mattress protector. I understand these may keep the mattress clean, but they prevent sleep. Perhaps those two things go hand-in-hand for some couples, but we wanted to sleep.

During this troubled time in the world this hotel still remains hospitable and very clean. Anytime I am in Charlotte this is the hotel of choice. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Keep up the great work !
