A little disappointed…

Loved the shower and the bathroom overall! Loved the modern feel of the room as well. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable… so much so we will not be returning to this hotel. Room service was also unavailable, which was a huge reason why we chose this hotel (along with not accepting pets). The “living room area” of the suite didn’t have any lightening, which also was very dim throughout the room. Valet was extremely slow at times with only one person working.

Very nice hotel! Great location, nice bar and restaurant. Great staff and it was quiet which we appreciated. Would definitely and will likely stay there again. The local shopping and food selection is second to none!

The hotel is very clean , staff was attentive and welcoming. You could walk to the mall and more than a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The only thing missing is a pool for the hot days but everything else was excellent

Cool hotel. Modern with nice bar area on second level. Reception area has cool features - see Peacock, moss wall, and spiral stair. Second level bar and lounge is nice, and access to rooftop restaurant (Mizu) with terrace is great. Rooms are clean and modern.

Hotel check in staff was friendly at check in, however the female valet was rather unprofessional and very impolite. The room was clean, however, the bed was soft and lumpy and the pillows was even worse. Chrome cast on the television failed to connect with any device we brought. Hyatt app would not sign us in so we couldn’t connect to chrome cast and the passcode never populated on the tv after scanning the QR code. Checking out went okay, but once again valet was so backed up, I had to retrieve my own vehicle, however, they made sure to charge me the $15 for valet parking.. SMH
