Lindo hotel, com acomodações de alto luxo, instalações muito bonitas ao lado do campo de golf, spa de alto nível e excelente alimentação. Internet e estacionamento são grátis. A equipe é extremante atenciosa.

Excelente hotel. Excelente atendimento com toque de cidade do Interior. Segundo a atendente fomos atendidos por ela. Ótimo serviço de quarta e café da manhã.
Achamos um pouco por se tratar de uma cidade não tão turística. De qualquer maneira, recomendamos.

Não achei nada demais este hote. Hotel luxuoso, mas tem que pagar internet, chega a ser dissonante...
Hotel suntuoso, mas não vi nada demais, não fomos recepcionados na porta, ninguém veio nos ajudar com a bagagem, enfim...não vale a pena para ter uma vista para o estacionamento.
Customer Service Recovery

The beginning of this review might not sound very positive, but to provide proper context I would like to start there. I encountered a mishap when I requested laundry service with a promised return the next afternoon/evening. The following evening at around 9pm I checked on my clothes and was informed it will not arrive till the next evening because it was not picked up until late afternoon and the dry-cleaning service is off site. This was disappointing since I left my laundry bag outside my door the night before the claimed 8am pick up time the following morning. I have a long stay of 6 weeks at this hotel and what a way to start the first week.
The front desk receptionist who broke the news to me was Ms. Sasha Mow. This is when my bad experience turned around. First, she could have easily just let it be, apologize for the delay, and left me to figure out what to wear to the office the next day. This would have been the easy way out.
Being in the customer service space for many years, I am impressed with how Sasha handled the situation. First, she apologized and offered to reach out to their internal laundry team to see if they can press my clean clothes. Then she said she will reach out if it’s even possible. I said “sure go ahead and please let me know what they say”. This is the first test since I’m not sure if she will call me back either way. About 45 minutes later, Sasha called to inform me that the onsite laundry team will press my clothes but not sure how long it will take. I’m up till midnight so I informed Sasha I’m willing to wait. Again, Sasha made a claim that she will call before midnight, otherwise, she will just leave it outside my door. So, here’s the 2nd test, I’m not sure if she will call me before midnight to inform me either way. To my delight, my phone rang at 11:38 p.m. to advise me that my clothes are ready to be delivered. She came up and had my clothes delivered, pressed and ready to go.
In my view, Sasha has won all the acclaim for turning a negative experience to a very positive one. I keep thinking it would have been so easy for her to blame the previous shift and just take the easy route by apologizing without going the extra mile. So happy to see that Customer Service is still alive and well. To the Ballantyne Hotel Management, kudos to your training program as well. More impressive in my opinion is what Sasha did came from within, it’s what she brings to the table, your hotel and eventually your customers. She deserves to be recognized and spread her achievement to all.

I came to the Ballantyne for use of their spa and in my research, I saw they offered afternoon tea. Although, I did not book a room in the hotel, my experience with these outlets was amazing.
Initially, I was having trouble contacting the restaurant, so I phoned the hotel directly and was lucky to reach Jasmine who is the rockstar of this hotel. She was so pleasant and helpful and secured my tea booking. Once arrived, I was treated to an incredible experience with a very special table by the window.
I was able to book the spa online and received an amazing pedicure and wash/blowout. All the ladies I encountered were true hospitality pros.
The Ballantyne truly made my weekend in Charlotte extraordinary.
