Worst ever.
anyone recommending this motel should be embarrassed. The room was very dirty. The bathroom had no supplies, (soap, toilet paper tissues) no internet or breakfast as advertised by both Wyndham and Priceline. Wall unit looked like someone had scraped their mud covered boots on the vent, so that under the vent was full of dried mud.
Not clean
The staff was nice, but sadly the room was very dirty & had bugs in the bathroom. I found black hairs everywhere and they wasn’t ours.I found 4 or 5 bugs while staying here for the week. Not coming back

Worst stay I've ever had in my life. Room was absolutely filthy. Mold on the seal of fridge door, dead roaches inside of the fridge. Ac/heater filled with debris and dust. Roaches crawling all over bathroom, tub filthy, mold growing around fixtures. Candy and food wrappers behind furniture. Linens dingy. Upon checking out let front desk know of issues. His reply was awe man. Saddest part is the room I stayed in was 102. The very 1st room

Our sink was clogged for all three days we were there, despite daily requests to have it rectified. As during a previous visit, there were no clean towels or soap when we arrived. The hallways reek of cigarettes. Breakfast is limited due to Covid, of course, but the total selection of items one morning consisted of only two muffins, and there was no attendant to be found. The wi-fi never let us log-on, despite the password. We've been assigned to the same room during most of our visits over the years, and the mattress sports a huge blood stain or spilled nail polish remover, as seen when the sheets work loose during the night. Why not flip the mattress? This was our go-to hotel in Chattanooga for years, but we'll now have to lodge elsewhere.
Shocked...
For a last minute stop, I was excited to get out of the car after 10 hours, 2 dogs, and a newborn. But.. the front desk lady literally walked out as we walked in, she needed to smoke. We waited and waited.. she then came back in and helped us. Once she got us set, the room wasn’t what we requested and there were bugs, trim hanging down, floors needed cleaned, and our room smelled like smoke but no smoking allowed. Was not pleased at all. We did get our refund and left. I just wanted to lay down..
