My wife and I were in Crete for a few days to visit Knossos and the museums in Heraklion and arrived just before the season started. The owner George Roussakis made us feel so welcome . We dined with George , his mother Eleni, father Vangelis and the whole family; great food and local wine; friendly staff led by Lavinia . Cretan hospitality at its best and Nico the taxi driver was at our disposal . Thanks George and all at Creta Blue !

George and his team were fantastic. We stayed here a few years ago and the location is fantastic. Short drive up the hill and you are in paradise. So clean and tidy, the restaurant by the pool with the view at night is amazing. So relaxing, the infinity pool was a lovely touch for the beautiful views. Looking forward to returning soon

So good, I really want to keep it a secret. Could not recommend highly enough. Lovely hotel in every way Gazing out over the Agean from the infinity pool is the stuff of dreams Beautiful food and wine Service above and beyond anything we've experienced before. Will he back I'm sure.

An Amazing Stay

My first time abroad and it didn't disappoint! Me and my partner took ages to find the perfect place and when we saw the reviews of Creta Blue as well as the pictures, we knew we had to book. Creta Blue is a family run hotel and you can tell in the way they provide the service. It is not just basic service, they build a relationship up with you. From George and his family, to the bar and resturant staff as well as the cleaner's they are all amazing at their job. Any question's or request's we had were helped with. The room we stayed in was lovely, fresh towels everyday and bed made. Beautiful view from the balcony too. Breakfast was exquisite. You could not get bored of it. Fresh yoghurt, honey, fruit, bread and condiments. Then a choice of egg which was different everyday. We cleaned our plates every morning we were there! I will definitely be back again and hoping to convince my family to come abroad too as who wouldn't want to stay at Creta Blue!? Thanks for a lovely, welcoming stay Creta Blue Team🌊

Everything you expect from the Best Boutique Hotel

Our daughter has been here a few times before and highly recommended us to come and experience their wonderful friendly hospitality. We were in much need of a rest and George and his team delivered. We booked the Penthouse suite as I like the sun but my husband does not. Ideal as it has its own balcony offering sun and shade all day. Speaking to many at the hotel, it seems everyone is a return visitor which says it all. The village is just a short stroll and so pretty with smart restaurants and bars. The restaurant here is just amazing too. Beautifully cooked food from excellent ingredients. The wines are selected with care and are great value. We are hoping to become two of those return visitors, if we can get in next year. Thank you George and team for truly memorable week.
