Foi o local que escolhemos para a nossa lua de mel e adoramos. Muito moderno, construção de excelente qualidade e tecnologia evoluída. Staff impecável, muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
Só tivemos um ponto negativo que foi numa das vezes que foram fazer limpeza ao quarto (às 22h) bateram à porta e entraram passado poucos segundos,nem tivemos tempo de abrir a porta. Reportamos a situação e garantiram-nos que não voltaria a acontecer e ofereceram-nos um jantar. Gostamos de terem dado atenção à situação e de facto não se voltou a repetir.
O pequeno almoço é excelente e os restaurantes também.
Adoramos também o espaço exterior do quarto e a piscina privada.
Foi o melhor alojamento que já experimentamos, digno de nota 10 :)

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Could not fault the whole place, room was brilliant, the food was delicious and the staff were fantastic.
If we ever come to Crete again this will be our first stop. They made our honeymoon even more memorable.
Elegance and sophistication

Glitz and glamour seems to be in favour with modern hotels. Nana princess has that in bundles however what so many other hotels fail to provide is true elegance and sophistication. Nana princess has these special qualities. Yes the hotel is new, immaculate, cleverly designed, beautiful, fantastic rooms, the best hotel bathroom I have ever experienced, incredibly comfortable massive beds, super clean private pools, perfect communal spaces, fab restaurants, cool bars etc but what makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is the staff. From the minute you arrive, in fact from the day before you arrive when they phoned me in the UK to confirm our arrival time and wish us a safe journey, to the minute you leave they make you feel special.
Normally I would pick out names of staff who had gone the extra mile or had made us extra welcome however they all did. You ring for something day or night and it is at your room almost by the time you put the phone down…amazing. This is the bench mark all hotels should strive for. Well done and thanks for an amazing time.

We travelled with Jet 2 and could not fault them, the hotel exceeded our expectations.Opened only 4 years ago with a unique design with the apartments set into the hillside with a grassed roof and private pool for each room. Fixtures and fittings all top quality , however the wooden Su beds did take a bit of lifting. The highlight of the holiday were the staff ,outstanding and each having a friendly smile .

I have stayed in countless 5* hotels on business and holiday over the years but from a room and service point of view the Nana Princess is right up there. The rooms are superb, private and with everything at your finger tips. The beach and pool areas are spacious with call buttons at every location. The breakfasts were absolutely top notch.
However what makes this hotel stand out is the attention to detail and the level of service. We had a few issues that were dealt with by Fellis and her guest relations team, professionally, quickly and efficiently. Her team was fantastic.
The room staff, the gardeners, the porters were professional and so friendly.
The F&B staff work so hard, I have to single out Sophie and Pella on the beach and at the pool, they both offered, every single day a service that made you feel special.
I would say that the 2 a la carte restaurants on site, whilst great food and service, are extremely expensive, they lack ambience because they are over lit and you might have to deal with children and their tablets or a large group who were extremely rude to other guests and the staff - try them by all means but also do yourself a favour, head out in a €10 taxi to the old square in Hersonissos where there are a plethora of lovely local tavernas (try 1930 - very rustic and authentic).
This hotel is fab but made fantastic by the people so, management - make sure you look after them, they are your stars.
