Big room peaceful area

Avaliou em 7 de abril de 2021

This hotel located a little bit outside from centre of Chiang Saen city. But very peaceful and easy to go (main road along Mekong river from the city). The Opposite of the hotel are Gas station with 7-11. The room are bigger than that I thought. I'm came here to working for 3 days and I'm happy to stay here.

Relaxing @ Chiang Saen

a reasonable-price clean new hotel near (but not at the bank of) Mekong River Location: ***** at the junction of Chiang Saen by-pass road and Chiang Saen - Golden Triangle road, easily accessible by private car or taxi and public transport Universal design: * the place is not easily accessible for wheelchair person, no disabled toilets and parking, toilet and bathroom door width in the room is only 69 cm. Cleanness: **** the hotel, room and toilet are all at standard cleanness Safety: **** the place is quite safe, although easily accessible from a public road Privacy: *** able to maintain guest’s privacy in most of the area, but you can hear some noise from other rooms Internet: ***** fast and strong signal free wifi in the room Staffs: *** the staffs are friendly but you need to ask them to repeat your request just to check their understanding Facilities: **** standard facilities in the room included cabled TV and refrigerator Value: **** reasonable price for a basic overnight sleep

The hotel was good and clean. I wont mind sleeping there again. View was nice and oversaw the mekong river. You are able to walk down and go through the plantation and reach the river side. Only the walls were too thin in the room and i can hear the people in the next room.

Uninteresting Cafe and Bar

Avaliou em 31 de agosto de 2015

Driving back to Chiang Rai from the Golden Triangle we were looking for somewhere to take a coffee, we saw this new hotel on the banks of the river with a large sign 'cafe and bar' so we pulled into the car park. The place was desolate, there was one girl working the reception desk of the hotel who came into the bar area to make the coffees, this place was not busy, car park empty and no one in sight so we drank the coffee, visited the facilities and got back on the road again, not a place to visit again

wonderful experience

this almost new hotel is without doubt the best value for money in the golden triangle. the views from the 2nd and 3 rd floor over the mekong river with the locals plying their trade between laos and thailand are simply stunning the rooms are 5 star with crisp white sheets and towels,5 star bathroom fittings, cable television, lovely balcony to sit with a cold drink and look at the river traders. the sunrise over the laos side of the river is magic the only reason that i do not give it 5 stars is that there is no breakfast, they can order it in ,but don/t bother,so it 4 star with a 1 star price
